I think some people can only make all boys or girls. For me it's 3 boys. If I went on I'd be with 4+ boys. So shop closed! I believe it's not 50/50 for some but for others it is

Thanks Sunny for your input. Your little Owen is SO cute! So is the rest of your clan. We are actually leaning more towards Owen. I don't hear many Owen's or Brent's for that matter so I like the fact that they are different and underused.

I agree with scubatheses. I recently found out it ws my third boy. I cried the first day then let it go and started to bond with my new little man. Feel very content now. I think if I waited tilbith still thinking it could be agirl would make it a lot harder. I'm all for knowing the gender!

It's another boy. I am so jaded about swaying and OWT. The jokes on me.
Yesterday was bad. I was crying off and on, I just felt depressed.
I feel a little better today. This is my last one so I will only have 3 boys.
I'm going to try to be strong and move on.
I don't have any other choice.

First of all, this was a surprise baby so no
swaying was involved but would like to hear
your thoughts on this:

Hi Bumblebee. I understand. I have 2DS and get my gender scan next Thurs. I'm fully prepared to hear boy too and I will be disappointed. But I've already started to think about it in a positive light.
Here are some of my thoughts that help me get through:
I would rather have a healthy baby boy than an unhealthy baby girl.
What if your perfect baby girl turned out to be the biggest brat.

Thanks Sunset. No swaying was involved. This was a surprise baby. I was happy with 2DS but since this happened I find myself thinking it would make me feel better if it were a girl. I find out August 25th.=0

Sunset. I have wanted a DD since I was a
child. I will be heartbroken to hear it may

Hi all,
I have my ultrasound in 10 days. I am nervous!
Most of us are having our gender scans
soon or already have. This is a big month!
After 2 DS I am hoping for a girl.
Everything is pointing to a girl.
My symptoms are girly, never had them with
my boys. Morning sickness, acne on forehead,
do not want red meat, love fruits, not gaining

I'm starting to think that those old wives tales are true for some but not others. I base this on
what I read on IG and some other moms I know.

I'm not holding my breath for a girl. That's cool we are due so close.
I usually go early (2 weeks with DS1, 3 with DS2)

I would rather think my bad parenting caused my son's behavior than him having emotional problems.
I know I need to be calm and mature and it will take a lot to not revert back to my old ways but you are all so right. It will only help overall. I want to clarify that I don't think I abuse my son. I don't punch or slap him. I do spank lightly and yell a lot. But the yelling could hurt his psy...

Thanks Mixture and Gryphon for your advice. I was not in the room so I did not actually see what he did to our dog. My DH asked if he kicked her and he said yes. I will think about seeing someone but not sure who b/c I don't have much faith in peditricians all that much. I'm going to try to work on my parenting ways and see if it can make a difference. Just wondering if anyone is concerned with atypical behavior with your child? My 4 yr. old son
seems to have emotional problems. I guess it peaked yesterday when he kicked my 6 yr. old sweet dog
in the leg. She is still having trouble getting up. He has said things in the past that are concerning too like I want
to hurt the baby or the dog.

I am so sad. I left him alone in the playroom for 15 mints.with his younger brother and our very sweet 6 yr. old yellow lab.

So last two days I had low temps. On CD 12 I woke up at 2:30am and decided to take temp. It was really low, 96.9. Then at 6:30am I take temp again and it is 97.7. I freaked out and made DH do it this am hoping I wasn't too late.
I'm wondering if I Oed yet or was my temp messed up b/c I was up at 2:30am (but didn't get out of bed) I'm only on CD 12 and that is early for me to O. I'm usual...

What does MTHFR stand for? My problem is low progestrogen. It's an easy fix... just take prometrium (get a prescription from your Dr.) Take it right after you O until AF. Stop at AF but if AF doesn't come and your preggers take it I think until about 12 weeks.
