The french diet specifies 750mL. however that doesn't take into account the supps you are probably taking. If you use fit day, it will give you a break down on how much calcium is in a specified amount of milk- that way you can work it out!!Good luckfionna

Hi Lisa 0201, I posted a reply yesterday, but it appears that the sight ate it.The gist of what I wrote was: estrogen and testosterone are directly proportional. If the peppermint tea is working then your testosterone level should be dropping and correspondingly so should your estrogen. Yes, if your estrogen is too low, then the body will not have enough to produce a good and healthy eg...

Hi Natalie, I would do a practice run to make sure that it does lower your PH - it did in mine, but aparently it can raise PH for some people. I used about a finger tip's worth in the applicator and inserted up near my cervix. Checked post bd and put a smear if needed at entrance near vj and inserted diva. Hope this helps. Fionna

All asthma drugs, which are steroids, sway boy! So I would imagine that it would sway boy quite strongly. Also steroids increase your levels of testosterone - that is why you get " roid rage"- testosterone surge!!! I think it would help sway boy, if that is what you want.

Hi,I have no idea, but I am doing both and this is the LONGEST it has ever taken me to fall pregnant. It might just be my age!!! I can't see any reason, why you can't do both. I checked with my RE and he said that it wasn't very nutritious and suggested I take a break every 3 months not the 6 months recommended on here. He was also concerned about anemia...Worth checking with your RE if you are un...

Hi I am not an expert, but I would guess it is still working and something else is actually affecting your temps. I saw on another post that Tamara said to someone, perhaps you are just having a "boy " month, which can sometimes happen.Hope someone else gives you a definitive answer!fionna

HiI don't think it has any thing to do with age- I am 37 and I had DS2 at 36 and it only took 1 month to fall pg! This time it is already month 4 ( and boy am I sick of the diet!!) and I am still not pg. I think that it has a lot to do with us fiddling around with timing!! Well at least for me it does.Fionna

Hi Lovemylittleones,I have found this info: http://www.herbs2000.com/herbs/herbs_false_unicorn.htmFalse unicorn root is another herb inherited from the Native American
tradition. False unicorn contains hormone-like saponins which partly
account for
its long tradition as an excellent ovarian and uterine tonic. False
unicorn was
used specifically for uterine weakness and over-relaxat...

I checked with my lactation consultant( who is also a nurse and midwife- so qualified) and she said, when you are down to one feed at 18 months, it tends to be a comfort feed, not a nutrition feed. So I have been doing the diet and sups while breast feeding, but I would check for each individual circumstances with a health professional. She also told me calcium, magnesium, vitex, cranberry...

I guess the thing is - do yo want a second baby or do you want a boy? If you want a second baby, keep with the diet and take your chances and just bonk your little hearts out!!!! If you want a boy and if you will be disappointed if you have a girl, then you need to stick with the sway as hard as you can and take the chance that you won't fall pregnant. It is a hard choice. Having said that I...

I would go to an OB and just get the whole thing looked at.I would guess looking at your chart, that your body tried to ovulate and didn't- but I am not an expert! I have found that since starting supps, my ovulation date is getting earlier and earlier!! Maybe it is something to do witth some thing you are taking or eating?? Only a suggestion.Good luckFionna

I asked this question months ago and never got an answer. My conclusion was that if I didn't know, then I wasn't going to take it, because I don't want another boy. I would stick to the "safe" known girl sway supps. HTHFionna

Tamara I you do a great job. I am greatful for the help and advice from all the women on this site. We are all on the same or have been on the same journey and it is easy to get emotional about everything. Short and sweet answers are good, if you have no time. I am amazed at how much time you can devote to us. I am sorry that some people have felt belittled or demeaned by Tamara's responses. I am ...

Nope- I never imagined having a boy let alone two of them!!! I probably would have stopped at one child, had it been a girl. Well actually we might still have had two, because I love being pg and breast feeding! But I certainly wouldn't be ttc #3 and I certainly wouldn't be trying for a boy!!
