Met my very little man (only 6lbs 15.8oz and 19 inches long!!!) on 2-1-11 [love]
He is everything I thought he would be and more! I have never been more in love and he is by far the most calm, mellow baby I have ever seen. Hardly fusses and sleeps about 4 hours between feedings every night. I couldn't be a luckier mommy. He has completed our family in a way...

Maybe you're just noticing it less? The kicks I mean...I know now that I am on my 3rd that chasing after the first 2 make me not notice this little one as much until I am either trying to fall asleep at night or resting [:-)]

Yikes! Doctor and I scheduled my c-section date for my son and he will be here on February 1, 2011! Kicking off February with a newborn baby boy [love] My doctor really wanted me to consider a January 28, 2011 c-section but I held firm on my requirement that they pull him some time in February...and it worked! My doctor agreed he would let baby cook until 2-1-11 but NO late...

Well for me nothing too exciting [HL] Just the standard glucose tolerance test and rhogam shot in 2 1/2 weeks and the big fun of 3D/4D ultrasound in about 3 1/2 weeks!! Can't wait to see this little guys face for the first time [:D]
Baby is kicking everyday but there in no schedule to it yet. Just random kicks and turns. Also this next appt in 2 1/2 weeks I schedule...

So with my first c-section it was an emergency one after my body refused to dilate past 7cm's and my DS1's heart rate went from 160's to 42 in a matter of seconds after several hours of pitocin forcing my body to contract in unnatural ways on his tiny body! I don't really have anything to dread as I am getting my 3rd c-section this time around. The most dreadful part of my experience will be the IV getting put in! I HATE that part and actually get sick when they have to do it b/c I have a zero pain tolerance and needles are a big phobia of mine [:S] Hoping it doesn't take as long as it did last time for that part. My DD also had some issues breathing! They said it wasn't related to the c-section but my DS who I had by emergency c-section at 42 weeks never had any trouble breathing or putting on weight so I can't help but wonder if even that extra week will do the trick for this little guy! I will be 40 weeks by the doctor's and my LMP due date on February 6th but by how baby measured at my two u/s his due date should be February 10th or 11th. My next big mile stone will be the 3D/4D scan at 27 weeks!!! My favorite part of the pregnancy...well besides the c-section date [;)]
