I LOVE my Kawaii's!! I use them for my overnight diaper and have never had a leak. Great price to get 2 inserts and dipe for less than $10.

Just popping in to say Acupuncture worked for me. There are certain labor inducing spots they hit. I had acupuncture at 1pm and had the baby at midnight!

just wanted to add if you do Flips, pockets, or AIO I would get a mix of Aplix (velcro) and snaps. Flips just came out with Aplix. Only because sometimes for older folks, especially those with arthritis the snaps can be hard. So if she ever has anyone older look after her you may want to use aplix. really any fabric storeshould have it. I think it is called polyester fleece. Joanns should have or you could by fleece baby blankets and cut those up.

I can't help with the prefolds and covers but I can tell you what I use and why. I am also new at this.

You could buy Flip system or Grovias. These are hybrids where you can actually reuse the cover. With just pee I can get maybe 3 uses out of my Flip cover. If there is poo, it all usually has to be changed. http://www.cottonbabies.com/index.php?cPath=139

Yes! overnight you may want to use 2 inserts if you have them. I use MF inserts and havent had any issues with stink. Just wash often and use a good detergent. Most people do cold, hot, then cold again.
