I'm using Fenugreek, 2 caps 8 times per day. And also taking Mother's milk tea 2 times per day. I really appreciate your advice, I was thinking the same. That was a Lider of La Liga de la Leche told me to use.

I think is my milk supply because when I gave him the formula (after trying the breastfeeding) he gets satisfied. Also I try to pump and I just get 1 oz.

I'm trying hard to breastfeed my baby, but I feel I'm not producing enough milk. I'm drinking a lot of water, eating a healthy diet and taking Fenugreek 2 caps per day. What else can I do???????????????????

I start having contractions at 1:35 am every ten minutes, and at 2:25 my water broke. It was a loooooooooooooot of water, so I get in panic. My doctor told me not to worry and go to the Hospital. I spent the night at labor and delivery with another gall bladder attack. This is the 3rd time in the last month that this happend to me. I went today for my 37 weeks appointment and the doctor told me I tested POSITIVE in the GBS test. She says I don't have to be worried because I'm going to be a C-section (because I already have two). The only way that she will give me antibiotics is if my water breaks.
