I think that Walmart's Black Friday prices are the best. This year Target is really trying to compete with them on BF. It's my DH's turn to get up early. We have a list from the Walmart flyer.

I've not heard of anyone dying because of the shot, but I do know a child who died from the swine flu. So when it's available here we plan on getting it. My son had H1N1 already so he doesn't need the shot.

We only had one thing for our baby last year. The big kids didn't even notice it. We told them that she didn't ask Santa for very much.
How about a Baby's First Christmas ornament? Personalized gifts are things that you wouldn't spend your own money on. Maybe monogramed burp cloths or pretty cloth diapers if you are using them.

Sorry, no gender clues in this shot. At 17 weeks you need a between the legs shot. Do you have more pics?

Your chart looks good so far. Hopefully you'll get another spike in the next few days.
And yes, you can get what looks like an implantation dip when not preggy. Good luck.

I'm still thinking that yours could go either way. So there is lots of hope for a girl. My fingers and toes are crossed for you!

I think that you need to talk to hubby and decide what you feel is best for your family. Then express it to your extended family before baby is born so it's not too much of a stress after a baby.
When you do feel comfortable with visitors just ask everyone to wash their hands, use hand sanitizer and not to come over if they've been around sick people (even if they are not personally showing...

I love it. I'm biased though. My middle name is Katherine (after my great-grandmother) and my DD2's middle name is Katherine.
You could call her Kate or Kat. I like the Kat nickname. Kate has become really popular around here.

She can probably go down to 2 cups of milk a day. If she wont drink water out of a sippy cup you can try putting 1/3 juice (100% fruit juice) to 2/3s water. That way it will have a little flavor without giving her too much extra sugar.
Personally, I don't let me kids use regular cups until about age three. Then they must be at the table with it. I take sippy cups awa...

Maybe boy. Shot is from up towards the head so we may not be seeing the whole body correctly. Good luck today.

The potty shot is really irrelevant at this stage. I wouldn't even guess on it....sorry.
Your nub shot has shadows down in the nub area. It looks pretty flat (hence the girl guess) but I'd like a clearer shot to see if there are any signs of scrotal bump etc. Just wish it was clearer in the nub reason. I'm not a tech though (learned it all through CCs).....so one of the ot...

We are DR fans here too and finally out of debt. So in my mind it's not worth risking it. I know many people who fought hard to get out of and found themselves right back where they began a year later.

I read an article in a pregnancy magazine at my OBs last week. It said something along the lines of "in the past, woman have been told that breast size has nothing to do with successful nursing experience, but recent research has proven that *some* women who don't see breast tissue change during pregnancy can have issues with inadequate supply." It went on to say that some of these wom...

i really can't get a good feel for the nub. That may be a nub we're seeing but I can't be sure. I assume you dont have anymore pics?

[Y] We had a pic like this a few weeks ago and the mom came back on after her big scan and said it was a girl. It looks very boyish, but not totally sure we are seeing the nub right.

I wouldn't paint on that photo alone. Do you have other pictures? Will you be getting another scan? If this was an elective, paid scan they will usually do another for free if you aren't confident in the results. :)

I actually didn't say that. I don't blame people for Peter's death, but I also don't understand why we all are not doing everything we can to keep children safe. I know that at this point there isn't even enough vaccines available for us to really stop the spread....but I'm sure as heck going to try.
And it's totally not comparable to the "common cold."
