BC grads, need some help please
I hold my pee for 4 1/2 hurs before testing for +opk just now (was so busy with work) i got almost +ve, but test line is not as much darker as control line though, is that much of hours of holding is still ok, or it should only be like 2-3 hours, please let me know

Phonenix, are you talking about TBM or regular normal try, iamconfused now, I use IC, no TBM, how should i use it?

i am going to talk to him with all posibilities to have IVF, even if i have to pay some amt from my pocket

Hi girls
I am a first time poster here.
I am 36 yrs old, Have a beautiful girl- 6 yrs, conceived naturally.

Your diet seems tobe good, Hope along with you mentioned you are taking V8 juices.
i was the same before but after i stared adding them in sambar, upma, make a green juice with that, eating with some dips espaecialy tomato chutney kind of started liking it..[:-)] try it.
