I've been swaying for two years. I have never had problems conceiving in the past and thus just recently had my hormon level tested. As it turns out, my FSH is 12 and I am 38 years old. So no more cut-offs etc for me. That's why I am doing things to help me conceive, like the Vitamin B6.

I have been trying to conceive for a long time and I was hoping that it will help. I am just worried that the Vitamin B12 I am taking so far (prenatal) is not enough compared to the high dosage of Vitamin B6.

I have not tried Vitex yet. I have read so much conflicting information as to when you should take it (all the time, only AF-O etc). Do you have any experience with it? If I should get pregnant, I wouldn't be comfortable taking it, yet if I stop taking it after O could it possibly lead to a m/c?

Hello everyone,

Turtles - I feel just like you - more and more frustrated each month. I know I'm not out until AF showes but I "know" I'm out. It is a very early pregnancy test and it should have been positive by now. We will continue with the diet until November and then take a break. I might still ttc in December but no diet. I am sick and tired of sway...

Turtles - Thanks for asking. [love] No symptoms so far and a BFN yesterday. [:(] I don't expect to see a positive test in a few days. We will try again in November and then take a break. I will also make an appointement with my gynecologist to see if she can run some tests. How are you?
