ANybody help please, i donot want to take COT for potassium, can i go ahead with nutrional yeast falkes instead, if so how much & how it has to be taken?
Edited to add : I see in FAQ "1 cup V8 2-6 heaped tbls. nutritional yeast flakes (start with smaller amount) Potassium- 800-1,800 mg. Protein- 8-24 grams "

Anyone tell me where do i get this, i have been ttc since 6 months, no time i was able to find V8 Tomato juice.
Can i alternate this with home made tomato juice with salt added or can i go with campell or any other brand of tomato juice

With my DD, even much before my U/S i always used to dream of baby girl in a pink dress, it came true we had a girl, nOw my SIL being preg with second baby having DD before desparetly wants Boy this time, I dreamt of her having Beautiful boy , hope & wish it comes true, will know in a couple of weeks

i am already out of Boy Diet since i missed this july Cycle, AF is due in a day or 2.I have enrolled foa a fitness class, i am drinking moderate amout of milk in cereal 7 eating most fav foods like lentils, beans greens etc & taking folic acid.
Could you please let me know should i skip the this month's attempt bcoz i am on boy diet?
what if my PH is still in 7 or above...
