Grapefruit juice has the same side effects you are concerned about. It can lengthen cycle and cause an anovulatory cycle.

I guess it would depend on the doctor.I weigh about the same as you and my doctor had told me she would be fine giving it to me should I need it. I haven't tried yet though. I have PCOS too and my baby was also a surprise. And I also have irregular cycles. How quick did you conceive your other 2 kids? Are you temping? She would probably want you to be temping though first to see if you are ju...

No good advice, but I just wanted to pop in and say good luck! That same fear has been what has been putting off ttc month after month.

What works well for you might not work as well for another so it's not something we can say take this and it will work well. You have to sample them for yourself and see how they effect you. EPO is out if it raised temps though. So now you should try flaxseed next and see what it does. Flax can mess with the cycle too though.

My plan is TW, which is what I was doing when we conceived our first. Both of our diets are pretty boy friendly. I take a prenatal daily along with B complex, and grapeseed extract. I also plan on taking fish oil and maybe vitamin E. I take vitamin C sporatically.
I do have PCOS so my cycles are unpredictable. I am temping and then do OPK if I notice I am getting EWCM. I sort of have to be ready...

Oh! I din't know we could eat chicken so frequent. I was thinking it was on girl diet and had may be like 3-4 small pieces in 8 weeks.

I am only saying this because she will not eat red meat. Red meat is a much better choice, but chicken is a source of protein and has many of the building blocks for testosterone so it can be an option as opposed to no mea...

If you have time, I highly recommend you read the blog link in my siggie. The whole wheat bread is not recommended per the IG diet, but the TW theory rather. Red meat is best, but if you can't eat it then eat the chicken at meals. At least twice daily. (See tier 2 in FAQ).

Yes, you can take whole wheat bread. It is much better than white bread.
You could try the EPO, sometimes it dries women up and as you know can lengthen a cycle. There are other ways to increase EWCM - see FAQ for the other options.
BSD only really needs to be taken the 6 weeks prior to attempt.
I am not sure of the dosing of RJ/BP in pill form, but I would just follow the package recommenda...

Absolutely not. No artificial sweetners. They are very acidifying.

It is listed on the boy diet (In the cookbook, I believe) for DW, but you have to make sure you are counteracting the acidity.

I should expect boy number three then? [/quote]
You still never know. Your body chemistry might have changed a lot from your last pregnancy. Did you notice anything different? Were you checking pH or anything? You still could have a girl.

Caffeine sways boy. It blocks calcium and can increase estrogen.

I add it to my smoothies and I use banana, ice, gelatin, pineapple juice, cherries, peaches, wheatgrass and bee pollen. Sometimes I add in nectars.

The placenta produces it so it could be why it is higher. There are other causes too and from my knowledge it isn't actually a measurement of body pH.

I don't have the VIP package either. I've had trials of it and personally I like the basic better.

It can irritate the cervix if you rub your BSF on it and changes in pH can cause yeast infection.

Hey, I just noticed that you are hoping for a girl now! Are you swaying?

Yeah we've become more partial to having a DD next so we've done a timing sway, with a 6 day abstinence.
We both agreed that a DD would suit our family better, DP is longing for her.

Personally, I believe it is more the women, but what would count in a man most is sperm count. Hormones in a man are important too because lots of testosterone would mean higher sperm count and higher estrogen and lower testosterone would mean less sperm, but if you read the FAQ you will see ways to lower sperm count to ttc a girl - f...
