Bump.

I'll admit it. When I was popping out girls, I would roll my eyes when I heard other women say, "There are no cute boy clothes." Now, I'm on the prowl for an adorable homecoming outfit for our son and I'm coming home empty handed. I know they exist. But, every store I've been too has a bunch of frilly tiny dresses with no equivalent for the boys! Where are they?...

I'm due with our 3rd child in November, our first boy. I faced pretty severe GD with DD2. I have decided to have a Mirena IUD put in over tying my tubes, even though we currently don't plan on having more children. My mom keeps pushing for me to tie my tubes "because we can't afford more kids and three is enough". She only had two. I just feel that 32 is still a littl...

My 2nd DD was conceived right on ovulation day while trying for boy (timing, bs and eggwhite only, no diet or supps). After two girls, we are now pregnant with a surprise boy without doing anything different. We were planning on swaying this winter for a boy. Do you live somewhere that gets really hot? I ask because I'm in AZ and I think having our first winter conception i...

Apollo College's Ultrasound Tech program in Mesa, Arizona is in need of pregnant volunteers to receive ultrasounds. If you are interested, please leave a voicemail for Tammy at 480-717-3525.*I have personally have no connection with the school. I was a volunteer during my last pregnancy with a positive experience and my sister was just one today. They were able to tell her "Boy" ...

We are naming this bug Tristan Robert. Our girl name was Caprica Lucille (no, it does not rhyme with paprika, it's a short "I"), but not many people liked it and it was always mispronounced when people read it. I really wasn't that found of Lucille, but it was a family name on my DH's side and we already used names from my side for our other two. Robert is also a family name on m...

One of the more interesting online gender predictors I've seen. But, it was wrong for me.

I had a cat named Octavian. Septimus (7 in latin) could work too, as far as family order goes. My other favorite Roman name is Lucius (pronounced LEW-SHUS). Did you see my news post yet?

I broke down and went to a private ultrasound place today at 16w3d. I'm tickled pink. After studying up for over a year and buying all the supplements/supplies for Modified Swim Up, we got pregnant on accident. At first, I was sure that I was in for some more pink. I was preparing myself big time and was even going to seek counseling if I heard, "You see those three lines" ...

Thanks so much guys! It's a dream come true. I really hope you all get your way too [GLC] I also found out a few hours ago that my sister, who has been TTC her first, got a BFP today! So, what an exciting news day for me :-) I hope Lilly sees in the morning or I'm going to have to stalk her down.Have great night ladies,Nikki

Thank you so much Dreaming and SSW for your Ramzi guesses [:D] I couldn't take it anymore and went for a private scan today at 16w3d. The tech could tell immediately after getting him to uncross his legs. It was so obvious that I could tell before she said anything. It was so easy posting a toilet shot of DD2, but now that a penis is involved, I suddenly feel like a pervert...

I would recommend waiting as I've known women on other boards that got a false boy result even though their DH pulled out.

That was BBGT, not Intelligender, right? Intelligender always contacted me right after filling out their form. When I did BBGT a few years ago, they took weeks.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that gender tests are more likely to give a false boy-result if you have previously carried a boy. But, I'm having a hard time finding any info on this right now for you. Maybe I'm wording it wrong in my searches? From my own experience of reading hundreds of threads about Intelligender on various sites, I did notice a lot more false boy-results a...

Both of my DD's always hung out on the left and they always found the heartbeat on the left, even when I was being monitored during birth. Most of my pains with this baby are on the left, but I don't think that I'm feeling actual kicks yet.

Today at 15 weeks :-) Last time, it didn't turn dark green till the
last minute of the 5 minute stretch. This time, it turned dark green by
30 seconds.

I'm very curious about this theory too. My OB has only been able to find the HB with sonogram so far. But, with my DD's, they always found the HB on my left.
