Thanks darling, couldn't turn on the computer till today. No good news from me sadly. Only one dear little egg which didn't fertilize properly so...... not so groovy. Everyone was lovely and I feel I will get my girl somehow, it's just the how I need to sort out. I actuall don't feel as terrible as I thought I would, I feel quite peaceful about it. I am just wo...

Oh gee, there always has to be something to worry about it seems. But, like your RE said, I'm sure it's no big deal. Maybe you could have your US a bit earlier to ease your mind? Spotting/bleeding does seem to be pretty common in these IVF pregnancies and in 'normal' pregnancies too really. it will be OK[flower]

Thank you so much for your replies, it's good to know I'm not the only one. I think anxiety is a big part of this process untill you have your little person in your arms! I spoke to my nurse and she said that anxiety is certainly something they see with Lupron (syneral or Lucrin) and that it should pass once I start my stim meds. The extreme anxiety I have had seems to acco...

Hi everyoneI have had 2 injections of Microdose Lupron and I fee so dreadful that I don't know if I can continue. I feel extremely anxious and sort of unstable - also no appetite and nausea but it's the horrible panic feeling that I can't bear. Has anyone else experieenced this? Is it going to last the whole time or does it subside? I am due to start stims tomorrow night -w...

Thank you so much for sharing. The beauty of those 2 photos moved me to tears. And that baby girl! My goodness, could she be any more perfect? She has such a spark about her, you can see what a bright little person she is. I love babies like that, little sparky ones! I'm so happy for you.

I think that sounds really promising! 10 or more is a very good result I would say. It's such a crazy crazy time, what else is there to think about except follicles/lining/follicles/lining aarghhh! You'll get through this time and I'm sure you have a great chance for a fab result!

Thank you so much for that, I had no idea the price difference was so insane! In the states they must think of Gonal F as liquid gold. How on earth do poorer American couples manage to have an IVF cycle with prices like that? I guess the government would have something in place to support infertile couples who can not afford health insurance.... Anyway, I'll let you know h...

I think that after doing IVF your ovaries are somewhat enlarged for a while, that might not be right but I think that's the case...I have so much info in my poor little brain, I can't remember where it came from anymore.

I was very nervous about telling my obs (I needed her to give me a referral to the IVF clinic) but she was absolutely delightful. She at once recounted the situation of her close friend who has only sons and thought that my plan was a very rational one. Do you have to tell your obs how the baby was conceived? I don't think you would ever have to reveal the PGD part, just saying y...

Yes that does help thanks,My original post that you replied to didn't mention Menopur (I edited it later and added that, am I not clever?) so can I ask if you have you used that before? Maybe I can get the menopur and the Gonal F here....Ta

Hi everyone, I'm hoping some sensible person can give me some advice, because I am feeling decidedly insensible!I am cycling at HRC in September and Lori needs to know this week if she should order my meds or if I will get them here. So what did you guys do? Is it a lot cheaper to get the scripts filled here? My situation is further complicated because I'm doing the Microdo...

Hi everyone, had my follow up chat with Dr P today and he was honest with me about my chances (15%-20%) because of my high fsh (12.8). DH and I have decided to go ahead and see how I respond to meds (microdose lupron flare protocol) and we have decided to be positive about it. (If you had a 20% chance of winning the lottery you'd be in it wouldn't you?) So, I wa...
