My little ones arrival is only days away now, and it seems my GD has come back. I thought I had moved past it or found ways to deal with it, but I think I was mostly ignoring it. Is it normal for GD to go away and then come back? I can't wait to meet my new guy, but at the same time it will be a reminder that my daughter is a very distant dream now.

Yes, I did post my info. And yes, I do feel we give swaying more credit than what's due. It's not 100%, but everyone knows that going into it. I guess you just want to ignore the opposite stories or think that it wont be you, until it is you and then you realize how inaccurate it really is. I will never sway again.

Thanks, girls! Really, you think it's a big room? I guess it feels so small to me. We actually don't live in a house, we live in a Town Home. I wish we owned our own home!

I'm over my disappointment at this stage, I look forward to meeting my new little man, however, I still have those days that it hurts when I get reminders. I have several close friends online and most of them are due November-February. Well, gender ultrasounds have become the big hit lately. Most of them have girls already, but a few of them only have boys or 1 boy. I kid you not, all ...

I am really sorry you put sooo much effort into your sway it is alot of hard worked and very exhausting and it didn't work as planned. Will you do PGD?
We want to do PGD, but we just don't know if it will be an option for us financially or physically for me. My doctor said she's going to see how much scar tissue I have (this is my 3rd c-sect...

To Babybloos: Did we sway? Yes, and very hard. We did a lot of swaying and praying and preparation and we read/did/tried so much stuff I forgot to write it all down. Our sway was *almost* perfect, except for timing. No sway is perfect though and no sway is a guarantee and I personally don't think it increases your chances at all. Some sways work, but who's to ...
Well you can all add me to this list as well. I found out I was having another boy and I left on vacation so I had no time to express any f my feelings and pretty much went through my GD all by myself. All I kept hearing from my family and friends is how lucky I am to havea healthy baby and that's all it matters. Every time I would say I am thinking of going for a 3rd I ...

Big Hugs to all of you!!!!! I still look at the pretty little girls clothes. I still can't buy boy stuff and be excited about it. I've only bought a few things and it was all on clearance and my husband really wanted to buy it. I am scared this will be my last pregnancy. My doctor has already warned me that my scar tissue could be bad enough that they will recommend me not h...

I'm 2cm dilated, and my cervix is under the "normal" length. I've also had contractions on and off for weeks. That's why I'm on bedrest.

Well, after weeks of Bedrest, and only 4 more weeks of bedrest to go, I scheduled my c-section for October 1st. If I don't go into labor on my own, that will be his birthday. My doctor says I'll be lucky just to make it to Sept 15th. Wish me luck.

I'm just wondering how all of our mama's are doing who did not get their desired gender. Are you having a hard time dealing with it or doing ok now? Is it as hard for you to see all of the cute nurseries as it is for me? I'm so envious of pink bedding and cute little girl names. I hope all of our mama's are doing ok, but for those of us who didn't get our desired gende...
