MV Im a big believer in the vinegar douche so I would deff stay with that! The Greek yogurt that I used was actually the walmart version, it wasnt too bad, it just looked like yogurt(I always have to stir regular too b/c its not creamy enough for me) I bought the big tub of it, in the plain flavor and loaded it up with equal and cut up strawberries, I also put alittle fat free milk in it while I w...

MV, have you tried the vinegar douche and aci-gel seperate? To see if one works well enough to keep your ph low by itself? The only 2 things I would change I think is doing one or the other but not both(unless your body really needs to both to stay low in ph), and maybe add a o+12 attempt or change your timing this time? Just keep in mind that I have 2 boys and 1 more on the way, boys are awesome, and the bond that my oldest and his brother have is amazing, they love eachother, and DS1 loves playing with him, hes looking forward to DS2 being old enough for him to teach him how to ride a bike! If this is a boy, your oldest will love him so much! Good Luck!

Hi Ladies. My BH has calmed down, I take endocin if I need it if I keep getting them, but I havent had to take too many, normally keeping my feet up and drinking tons of water has been helping. I have another scan on Christmas Eve. LTB, are you still looking in that envelope in Jan.? Im dying to know what your baby is!!lol. Ive been wondering about TTC-Julia for a while now:(
