My Dh just did an SA and has less than 2 million, BUT he's gotten me pregnant twice although I miscarried. There is nothing wrong with me, apparently, from all testing, even with the m/c....just bad luck they said. Anyone have this issue, have any advice, any success stories?

Betty, my doc gave me clomid and I did 3 rounds before we finally did an SA and realized it was not me.....there is no point in you taking it if the issue is sperm-related. You can only take clomid for 6 months or so anyway because after that long, it starts to wreck your lining. Most docs have you move on if it doesn't work within 6 months. HEY WD!!! It's been a while, no? I'm STILL ttc myself. I lost my last one at 10wks in May, and just took a 3 month break. We just tried again with Clomid now, but I am 12dpo with a bfn, pretty sure I'm on to month 13. How have you been???? Any developments? I *think* the high tech ladies are prescribed that regimen, but I would go with what your doctor recommended. I know a gal who ttc for a year and then took 3 rounds of bcp and it worked wonders....she got pg on the 3rd month without trying. I am sorry I don't have a better answer, but I would just do what they told you to.

I don't know anything about that, but if I were you and it is making you uneasy- and granted you have time to ttc here- I would wait till next month. You will be more confident then and it will be out of your system. Good luck, hope you feel better!

Hey Sigma, what's up? I haven't been on IG in a while. Last week, I took my first round of Clomid 50mg. I am swaying boy, so I plan on using ew or preseed, whatever I feel at the moment. I would just supplement with one of those two and not worry about using supps or anything. I had read about green tea being a no-no, but I don't drink a lot of it anyway.

I don't believe it matters. I can't get pg just bd one time, and as babydes said, we have been researching this, so to speak, and there is no evidence (at least on FF charts) that the ones who bded more than once got girls...it was really 50/50, for what it's worth. I think the whole point of the abstaining and dtd once is recommended for the best sway so your husband's sperm is at its top count...
