PUPO means pregnant until proven otherwise (so they transferred the embryos but you haven't done your beta test to know if you are pregnant). I don't know about the meds. I had no side effects at all.......please keep us updated! The only reason I'm at this forum now is because of you. On the other forum I asked too about you! Oke my fingers are still crossed! Good luck!

Hi,i know there are more girls from England and Schotland who are cycling with dr Savvas and they talk about clinics in their home country's. I have no experience with Cube so I can't tell you if its a good clinic or not. Ik know on genderdreaming.com there were 2 girls who went to Cube and got a no transfer. I think one girl are cycling right now and I know one is cycling now with donor eggs. I h...

Oh and some one mentioned that fish was outdated and therefor in the us they don't use it anymore. I thought too it was the case so I verified it in a thread on genderdreaming (there is now a big issue with Natera). It is not outdated and people still use it for GS but at the most 5 probes.

Petit i Don't know f you noticed but this thread started with a question of Frenchkiss in English about Genesis. I went to Genesis and I wanted to share my experience. Later on it became more French and I don't speak French but occasional I see some English here and then I can talk with you ;). That's the reason why I'm here. I like to help others!

This is not mine opinion because I'm just a"normal" person not a doctor but I read a lot opinions here and on genderdreaming.com from doctors. This is what dr Sher wrote about CGH:
"I have repeatedly cautioned that day-3 array CGH (aCGH) is fraught with issues. This probably proves my point. The amount of DNA in a single cell is so minute that you aCGH is unreliable. Metaphase CGH done correct...

Emmake if I'm correct with fish they do day 3 biopsy and day 5 transfer. In the us they offer Natera but Natera does not offer anymore day 3 and transfer day 5. They offer day 5 biopsy and then a fet. With a CGH you can do biopsy day 5 en transfer day 6 but I understand succes rates are low......CGH day 3 and trasnfer day 5 is not accurate for gender selection. I think I have read that Cube does ...

No each men produce 50 percent xx and 50 percent xy. Their are different studies about it. I think on genderdreaming.com their is a whole thread about it. Conceiving natural or IvF that are two different games. Ivf is much more harder.1 cycle at genesis cost 6700 euros and 1200 euros for spermsort. A 2 cycle package is 12000 euros for ivf/PGD/spermsort. So if the first time doesn't work you can go...

Emmake I know a lot girls (I think even the most) are above the 35 who are doing genderselection with their own eggs and succeed. You can read and follow their cycles at genderdreaming.com. I'm not telling you things that are not true. The most of them Cycle in the US. They use Natera for PGD that's 24 chromosome testing. genesis and the other clinics use fish 5 or 8. Fish does not lead to more li...

I had preference for a girl. But the first time it was a bfn with severe fragmented embryos. The second cycle it was the same problem. We had only 1 child and we wanted a sibling for our son. So we didn't wanted to be selfish and only put back girls in who were less quality so we put back both in. We didn't mind twins and we have loved b/g twin. The strange thing is we conceived our son very quic...

As far as I know all those clinics you mentioned use fish technique. There is a difference in fish technique in how many probe they use to check the embryo. How more probe they test how more the chance on a false positive and you don't want that. There is a whole thread (discussion) about it on the other forum called genderdreaming. As far as I understand its for gender selection better to use 5 p...

When I went in October 2011 there were many BFPs. My first cycle it was a bfn. My second cycle last April was a BFP. I transferred 2 XX and 2 xy (very uncommon to transfer that many he usually doesn't do that) . Our son is sleeping in his crib right now! But lately it seems like there are only bfns from Genesis. I will go back in June for a girl because I got pregnant with our son so there is hope...

Oke so thats great. I really can't wait to hear you experience and ik hope to see you back pregnant. I go in June to Savvas. If it doesn't work for me I still don't know we're to go......I still consider Potter but Cube or Reprofit is still in the game for me.

I would check the stats of succes rates with fresh and fet transfers. There are a lot of girls from the US on genderdreaming. Maybe they have experience with the clinics you consider. Good luck!
