I pumped and froze more than I could ever use pumping just mid-day working a shorter day than you do in the office (but DD wouldn't take a bottle forever) . . . you can definitely increase your supply by pumping too much. Especially if you pump about as frequently as you feed (because you might pump more than you would feed). I think 2x a day is probably enough--I would stick...

Sorry it didn't go as well as it could have--but hoping you end up with a nice surprise!

I'm a vitamin person, but don't do prenatal while breastfeeding (just a multi and some other stuff).

I read somewhere that the sag is caused by pregnancy, not breastfeeding . . . but I'm not sure about the whole size thing. I haven't seen mine not pregnant or breastfeeding for the better part of 6 1/2 years, but they're definitely deflated (and were small to begin with).
If you all who got bigger don't mind me asking, have you also gained weight overall??

I'm so sorry--but hope you find at least some peace in knowing for sure. Enjoy the wine tonight . . . and move on to planning your next move a little later.[HB]

I had this with DD. She had a bit of a tongue tie, but otherwise, her latch was just fine--I don't think it's true that this only happens with a bad latch. I think I got it because DD was a great breastfeeder from the start (my nipples didn't know what was coming, lol). It was horrible. I used laninoh and breastmilk. It helped a little. I wanted to cry for a whi...

First of all, call the lab, harass, whine, cry, whatever. They'll get it done--seriously, they will (I've been there). Second, if you can't get them to do it, poas. You have waited long enough that your poas results are as good as beta. I know you're thinking it's not a +, so what do you really have to lose? Knowledge is always better. You only stand to win...

I would definitely cycle again . . . high tech can make you a little crazy, and I think you definitely need to know when to stop. BUT, I think it works for most ("fertile") people in about 3 cycles. So, I think if you have the $, and you need that many, you should go for it.[2C]

Keep the pillow in the car or stroller. You might not want to whip the pillow out at the restaurant, lol, but you can take a quick trip to the car, restroom, or a more secluded location. Cradle is definitely best in public. I think it helps to cross your leg and rest on that (not as high as the pillow, but it helps). Once your baby is a little bigger, it's a lot e...

DS2 was like that . . . he would seriously go a few times during each feeding (I would think he was done, change him, and within 5 minutes he would go again--and this would often repeat several times!). I think maybe his digestive system was just a little immature--it didn't seem to be tied to anything I was eating (it was all the time!). It stopped after maybe 6 weeeks or so--alt...

[Y] I know so many people who "couldn't" breastfeed[:^)] I had a terrible time with DS1 at first, but perservered--so I hate hearing about people who just can't do it. I try not to be judgmental about this, because I do think that how to feed your baby is a personal decision. And maybe it's that judgment that causes people to say that they can't or give up so soon? ...

I think it's a boy's name. Contessa is nice. I like Tessa better--it was on my very short girl name list.

So far, yes. But she's only 19 months[:D] She's everything I expected and more--a girly girl so far (who would think a one year old could love dresses and dolls?), incredibly smart, and just plain charming. But of course, my boys are also everything I expected and more[:-)]
