pH almost always rises at O. It should be in low range at O+12. One way I am able to pinpoint O.

Citrate has a lower pH that carbonate. If your pH is good on Carbonate, then you don't need to worry, but if it is still high, then you need to switch to Citrate.HTH!

Is it possible? At 5 and 6dpo I had light spotting after I had a bm (sorry for tmi!) but wouldn't have even known it was spotting had I not checked my cervix. Then nothing since. Today at 8dpo I had a huge dip - not below coverline - but still quite substantial (36.8 C range which is 98.24 F to 36.54 C which is 97.77 F. So if indeed my temps rise tomorrow, could the spotti...

I'm not a fan either, but HB drinks it by choice. It is his pH that it worked on. He drank about 2-3 cups/day and it lowered it within a week. You could plug your nose and just drink it - that's what I tell my boys when they don't like a medication they have to drink - although it is bigger than a tbsp!! Maybe try a lesser amount to see what that does. Or what about finding...

Sorry - yes, it's unsweetened cranberry juice. It's a little pricey (or at least in Canada it is) but it's another alternative and does the job fast.

While aspertame may be one way to drop pH, it's definitely not the only one. I have found non-sweetened cranberry to work extremely fast.As for what else to drink - cranberry juice, certain types of water (I know reverse osmosis water is one) are other things to drink. If you have concerns about the safety of something, you definitely shouldn't consume it, but everyone has to evaluate what t...

While I have not concieved a girl yet, I have a very strong negative opinion on aspertame and will not use it in my sway.

It's not that timing isn't important, it's just the least important of the 7 sway factors. Some people choose to not worry about it if they aren't getting pg quick enough. HTH!

Another way to dry up ew though is to take a Sudafed but great question re: BD with low pH ew. Do you really need to get rid of ew if it has a low pH? I'd be very interested to know
the answer too.

Your temps don't have to rise, but in general, pregnancy post-o temps are higher. You can have dips as even ones that are close to coverline could be implantation dips. This is my chart from DS1- you can see I had a lot of dips. HTH! t

I haven't noticed anything about being higher with swaying, but I have noticed that my post-o temps were on average higher it the cycles I conceived in.

calcium carbonate can raise your pH whereas citrate lowers it. Although, if one is taking carbonate and their pH is at the levels needed, there is no need to change.

So I managed to move up O this month. I actually had no idea that I did it, until my temp jumped the day after O to post-O temps. Sure enough, 3 days later, I got my coverline. Basically I have been trying out a bunch of different dosages with Vitex to try and find the right onw for me and I added B6 after O last cycle. My O date moved up from CD15-cd17 to CD10. I am ...

Does it affect swaying?

I've read that it can happen, although in my cycles of charting, I have always Oed. There have been many cycles that I haven't charted, so it is very possible that I didn't in one of those. I suspect that the cycle before I conceived my first DS might have been an anovulatory cycle as it was a lot shorter than the rest.
