Not sure on the TBM ?, but I would check him again in a few days to note any changes. I also would have him stay away from the diet no no's but no sups needed. Except maybe calcium. Lucky you!

Yeah! Good to know, but that is really late! How much are you on again? I start the clomid tonight. It is ok if I take it at night, right? I got my AF at 4pm on Sunday. I am scared!

I eat low sodium canned tuna (it is very low in salt) on occasion. There is so little we can eat, you have to grab onto whatever you can. Just stay within the ranges [;)]

New recipe....tried it tonight....YUM!
CHICKEN ALFREDO
3tbs butter (no salt)
2t leeks
Melt butter & add leeks until cooked
3 1/2c whipping cream (I did a cup and 1/2 whip and a cup and 1/2 skim milk)
1/2t pepper
3tbs parm cheese (I used the shredded kind not grated)
Add the milk/pepper/parm to the leeks & let simmer for 20-30 mins on LOW. Serve over pasta (we added...

I hope someone jumps on about the replens finger as well. I have just been putting a small amount on my finger tip and inserting?!?

I have 3 boys and conceived 2 of them using the CBFM. BD on the day you get the egg and the day after. The 2 eggs days are the 2 peak days to conceive. Go for it!!
