Congrats! We also found out we are having our 4th boy after a failed girl sway. You seem to be handling it really well. You are more postive then I am. We also know that its in HIS plan, even if we don't understand it. We will be looking into adopting a girl in the future. Have fun with your boys!

Hey JJ4R, just wanted to let you know I went in on Thursday and it looked very boy. No lines at all, and definitely too much between the legs for being 16wks 5 days. It was pretty clearly a penis. Your pic's looks girlier then mine, you still have a good chance. I look forward to hearing what you find out in your next scan! Good luck!

Al, could you explain how the scrotum presents itself in an ultrasound? Im confused as to what to look for there.I feel lucky that my OB has an u/s machine in her office and she is willing to use it at every prenatal check I have if I want :) Thats what I'll be doing tomorrow. I know, I know... most people say potty shots are not reliable at this stage, but some are. I would love to see some CONFIRMED GIRL potty shots at this stage (12-14 weeks). I have a feeling Im not the only one who would like to see these. [;)] Thanks!!

Here is my photo, I think it looks a little like your second picture. I think your last picture looks pretty girly. Sounds like we are in the same boat with 3 boys. If it is a boy will you be done or will you still try for a girl? I've thought about possibly adopting a girl if its a boy for me. Im not giving up on having a girl, but also don't want to have 6+ kids trying to make one.

Here is a good example of what lovemy4 is talking about. (hopefully the
pic attaches) This is my third son at 13 wks. He had a protruding
triangle shape between the legs.

You pic's remind me a lot of mine at 13 wks! My tech also was leaning boy. She said there is just too much there to be a girl. But I am not convinced. With both of ours it could be swollen labia or the cord! I think alsestis got lucky that there was nothing between the legs at 13 wks. I don't think that happens that early very often. I should get another look on Thursday (16.5 wks) When will...

It aint over till the fat lady sings! I've already had a meltdown and
started researching adoption for #5 to make myself feel better. I wont
give up, but I also don't want to give birth to 8 babies waiting for one
to be a girl. I still have hope. This is probably the girliest picture
I have. Im praying for a miracle, but also preparing myself.

This is at 13 weeks. This is from one of my ultrasound pic's that was zoomed in on the baby and this little thumbnail was on the bottom corner of the photo. Im not sure how accurate it is, but it totally looks like its showing a nub... What do you think???

They changed my due date too, by a week. Thank you for your opinion. Out of all the pictures I have shown you are the only one that has thought even maybe a girl.[:-)] Of course my nub shots look boyish, but I also think those could be the cord. I should find out for sure on Thursday! I will be watching your post to see how it turns out for you! Good luck!!

I went in knowing I was 12+ weeks but the baby measured 13+ weeks.
