much. He is already underweight anyway
and his family has a history of kidney stones so too much calcium would not

I did not douche before hand I did a replens finger over an hour before the attempt. The Vng douche caused my ph to rise A LOT when I tested it out! Maybe an hour or more later I did 2 mls of the lime mixed with distilled water but had trouble getting the right ph. I did 16mls of water and 4mls of lime but still only got reading of 2.5ish. I'm sorry if this info is somewhere but I can't seem to find it. How much vinegar do you actually use? How much water? I don't want to use to much. Also I only have the pills of calcium should you add the whole pill?
As far as the lime goes should you use the whole lime?

On the directions there is nothing that says to read within a certain time. If you leave the ph tester in the cm the number keeps changing and changing and just when you think it is stabilized the number changes again, I emailed the company and they could really give me a clear answer either the response I got was it depends on the sample.
