Hi all, a lot of activity since my last post from you all and so glad to hear some great news from some of you!
I find it really hard to figure out the whole moon / biorhythm stuff and rather stupidly before coming across this site I paid to have a calendar prepared for me and it has presented me with some dates but I don't really trust it. I am planning to TTc in September and was hoping to g...

Ladies, I just wanted to say thank you for the warm welcome.....I can't tell you what a relief it was to come across this site and find out there are others wanting the same as me so badly that I have stopped feeling guilty about it now!
Look forward to hearing about everyone's progress and I am going to learn the FAQ section off by heart!

Thanks so much for this..the cups make sense now! Sorry but just couple more questions...
What is Tbm?
How do u test dh ph prior to Dtd?
Also if u get a +ve on your ovulation predictor how long should I wait before dtd? Should I wait at least 8 hours or so?

Hi ladies, not sure if this is the right place to ask but I too will be starting the boy diet next month and had a couple of questions that I'm hoping you can help with!
Is bread allowed on the diet if so must it be white or brown?
I also want to try the EW's on day of DDT but how do you insert them?
Finally I keep reading about cups and using them when DDT...I haven't been able to find ...

was planning to go to health shop and buy some Evening Primrose Oil tablets and fish oil, may aswell start getting in the habit of taking these daily! You can get these on amazon aswell. I must admit I am terrified of trying again and not getting the a bouncy blue bundle!

Hi pinkpinkblue, thanks for the reply...I am the same...diet drinks and cheese is my weakness! So not surprised I have 2 x pink bundles! It will be hard to give these up but will do so for two months before tring in September. It's good to know others will be trying the same and I look forward to everyone's updates....I will keep you informed in regards to progress.....looking to buy all suppleme...

Hi all, I too am looking to sway for blue end of sept early oct (I believe these months favour boys?)
When would it be best to start the blue sway diet? Is two months prior to conception ok?
