Geez, you make me wonder if the 18 week scan is correct! I'll post the 12 week and 18 week later today. I'm so excited about my boy!

I was told 80% girl by my doctor at the 12 week NT scan. He was quite confident! I sure got a shock today when I found out 100% boy at 18 weeks!

You can take me off the November due date list. I just had my first u/s today at 6 1/2 weeks. There was a yolk sac but no fetal pole, no heartbeat. My doctor said it did not look healthy and that I was going to miscarry. I go back next week to check it again and schedule a D&C. Hopefully I will make it into another due date list later this year.

Thanks! Waiting to Sunday was my original plan, but I started having some symptoms that made me wonder.

Hi all,
It's been a while since I logged on. I took an OPK as an HPT this morning with FMU. It came up almost positive - very close to the same color as the test line, but not quite. I went to the store and bought a FRER (not the new and improved 6 days sooner kind, just the 5 days sooner kind). I tried to use SMU but didn't produce much of a sample. I tested anyway ...

Thanks! It probably isn't too fair if Jeff somehow gets a diamond veto to take himself off the block? I guess we will see!

She predicted I would get my BFP from the cycle I am currently on and have a girl. I just started my 2 ww so I don't know if she is right yet. I also got a reading from cheri and Lydia. Cheri said boy and Sept for conceive, month I find out, or birth. Lydia said boy and Sept/Oct for conceive, month I find out, or birth. Strange thing is that Cheri described my "future ...

That show is really good. I would try and watch the previous seasons first. So interesting how the show portrays women smoking and drinking while pregnant! I guess they didn't know it was harmful in the 60s.

I took soy 80mg CD5-9 and had a +OPK on CD17. However I did not get pregnant in that cycle.

Thanks for your kind words Sunny! Unfortunately I am officially out of the 2 WW with a BFN. I do not trust the ICs from early-pregnancy-tests.com. I continued to get outlines/evap lines on almost every test. I'm going only with FRER or Answer from now on.

An hCG level of less than 5mIU/ml is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25mIU/ml is considered positive for pregnancy.
You want the tests that measure a lower mIU of hCG, so you'll know you are pregnant sooner.

For all of those that are POAS obsessed like me, there is a coupon on www.firstresponse.com for $2.00 off any First Response Fertility, Ovulation or Pregnancy Test. I got a 2-pack of FRER at Walmart this morning with an instant $1 off coupon that was stuck to the box. The total came to $8.42 with tax. I didn't have the $2 off coupon with me, so I'm not sure if you can combine it ...

Thanks Sunny, congrats to you and your family on your BFP! I read on another post that you used soy.
I went to Walmart this morning and bought a FRER. The results were clearly BFN. I know it is still early, but I'm going to get my TTC plan together for next month.

I got a bfp at 6dpo last year (ended in m/c). So now I start testing at 6dpo. I don't recommend it though. It is my understanding that a bfp that early is not common. It could only happen if the fertilized egg implants early.
I seriously spent at least an hour today staring at 3 different test results from the same FMU at 7dpo. I saw a faint line may...
