Yes vaginal pH needs to be acidic but more so than usual for ttc a girl. Test your cm with the strips instead of your saliva.

I would take OPK for 3 more days and if they are all -ve then you can assume you had a early O.

I thought Eggnog would be a girl food because of the dairy, but then I read alcohol is a boy food? So would alcoholic eggnog be boy or girl food?

Yes, the more reading I do, the more confused I get. Shettles seems good but O+12 makes sense also.
I am not doing the diet yet. Do you think it is too late to start for this month if my AF just showed up?

This question must be asked a million times but I've never heard of O+12 until coming to this website. Last few months I have been doing Shettles (How to Choose the Sex of your Baby) with 3 day cut off. Now I'm not so sure I should keep doing it. It seems very hard to get pregnant with such a long cut off.
I am wondering if O+12 has more girls with the ladies who have tried it?

I have had cycles before where it seems to take a couple days after a +OPK for a temperature rise. I think if you wait too long to BD and for your temperature to go up, you will be too late. When will you be testing? [GLC]
