Re: after an IG break

Welcome back, and good luck to you.  I remember seeing you from my swaying days - I always loved your name "Crystal-Light"  I am still on this journey as well.  I still take note when crystal light is on sale at my local supermarket even though I don't buy it anymore lol!!

Re: more immune test results back!

Hooray for more answers!!  Sorry you are bummed and confused but I am so happy about the fabulous doc.  Let's hear it for being treated in the right hands!!  I am so happy to live in a place and time where these answers can be provided and there can be a possible fix for certain things.  It gives me huge hopes for you :)  When are you thinking of cycling?

Re: 2 Girls and 1 Boy!

That is great news!!!!!!!!!  If you don't mind me asking, how many embryos were PGD'd with the 5-probe that resulted in the 2 healthy girls and 1 healthy boy?

Re: Facebook sucks.

Is it only me, or does the son Jake in Readyfor#4's post sound like a funny and lively child in a way?  :)  I think it's funny and kind of cute that he gives his Mom his boogers to freak her out but maybe that is just my humor LOL!

Re: uterine lining

My RE doesn't recommend baby asprin, anyone heard of that?  Says not needed unless you have a blood clotting problem.  Do you think it could only help?  Michaela, do you think lining can be helped proactively with the estrogen before ovulation?  My RE also doesn't do that......again, she says it is not needed.  I will mention it to her again, though, and get more info as t...

Re: Meltdown.... and what worries me the most..

I am so sorry you had such a hard day and I totally understand!!  As a homeowner, I feel like I am bracing myself for things to just fall apart all the time!  :(   A great point made above, that stress can trigger GD.  Also, a great point made that not everyone has it all.  The people in the supermarket might not have the strong relationship you have with DH or your f...

Re: progesterone

Yes, sounds like you need to change your synthroid dosage.  Some REs won't see you if your thyroid is off because of the increased miscarriage risk, so this is definitely something to look in to - best of luck!

Re: Does Crystal Light take away EWCM or just change PH?

I *think* CL lowers pH but it is not supposed to dry up EWCM.  I say why not do no caffeine, the supps, the ionizer and the CL, right?  As for the Replens, that hurts your chances when ttc, so as someone with previous issues ttc, I would leave that out but it is 100% your call.  But, the other stuff isn't such a bother so why not leave them in the sway for good measure.

aspertame and chances of conceiving?

Hi, Does anyone know if aspertame/Crystal Light lowers your chance of conceiving in general for the male or female, since it is supposed to be so unhealthy for the body overall?  Thanks-

Re: Please help! Does IUI sperm wash effect pH?

Thank you for your reponse! I am wondering if you know if the wash specifically raises sperm pH?? ( If so, wouldn't it be better for him to have a lower pH to start with, if the wash raises it, or is there really no point?)  Oh man, DH will be celebrating when he hears he doesn't need to go on that diet any more.....LOL

Please help! Does IUI sperm wash effect pH?

Hello, I am wondering if there is much point to DH taking supplements of eating foods off the diet for people doing IUI since the sperm needs to be "washed" before the procedure.  Does anyone know if the wash effect the pH of the sperm one way or another?? Thanks very much.
