I don't think your DH would be able to feel it while DTD unless you were lower than a 0 station. With my last pg, I was actually at a +1 BEFORE I went into labor so had we been doing that I'm sure he could have bumped into it easily. [lmao] Needless to say there was none of that going on. [rofl]Anyway, when I say I can feel the head, I don't actually feel it through the dilated cervix...I ca...

the os is the opening. [:$] So funny how everyone has their own methods. I have to feel first with JUST my middle finger (the longest), then when I feel what I'm feeling for [lmao] I can insert my other finger but it's too tight a fit to put them both in at once, before I get my bearings. [lmao]

Kara, try laying on your back with something propped under your hips and your ankles to your butt -- I can feel the actual os the best that way. [;)]

During pregnancy your cervix goes up higher....and also, if you've started to efface but haven't dropped it can be harder to reach. I've just been able to easily reach mine within the last month or so, probably. Also, it goes more posterior during pg, so even if you can feel it, it's harder to feel the os. And to be actually "engaged" you need to be at 0 station. SO I think people use ...

It's either all or nothing with my guy. [lmao] Most of the time he's very still and I just feel the slightest rolling movements.....but there is usually one time a day, around bedtime, where he goes freaking nuts and looks like he's trying to claw his way out of my belly! [rofl] Literally, we can see his body parts flying under my skin....freaky.... [:P]

I know it's frustrating on your part....but they *say* that a baby will take a bottle when he/she is hungry enough to have to. As long as you know she'll eat from those bottles/nipples, I'd give it awhile longer before you start to worry. g/l!

We are actually not getting him anything....lol. He doesn't *need* a thing. And I have issues with clutter. [lmao] We are doing stocking stuffers though....only b/c I don't want the big boys to question why santa didn't bring their brother anything. [:P] But I'll get those last minute....probably just pacis etc.

I did after ds2.....it looked so odd for awhile and I was worried about getting pg again, but a couple months before I got pg this time I noticed it looked better.....who knows how it'll be though after I have this little guy. [lmao]

Never lost it with DS1 -- water broke so I assume it probably came out with that? [lmao]With ds2 I lost a huuuuuuge chunk of it at the OB at my 36 week appt. [:$] It wasn't blood tinged or anything, just a huge wad of mucus. About 4 hours later I started contracting and had a little bit of bloody show after that, and he was born about an hour later. This time around I've been...

This is my 3rd boy and I've had varying degrees of m/s with each of them. BUT, if it makes you feel any better, my friends who've actually had HYPERemesis have ALL had boys. [;)]

Have you dropped yet? Before I did I was getting horrible pain in my ribs, I guess from my uterus pushing up while I was laying down. Totally went away once he settled down lower. [Y]

Yup, already got the holiday candles going here too! [:)]We don't decorate for xmas until the day after T-giving and we get a real tree (and have to make it last until the day after xmas at least LOL!) so we usually get that the first week of Dec. I would be tempted to at least decorate the house before or by Tgiving this year b/c we are expecting the baby at any point, and also b/c we've go...

Kaylee, I would not have sex or insert anything up there if you think you actually DID rupture. Now that it's monday can you go get checked at the doc. office? I'd hate for you to just be sitting around at risk for infection if it's possible you did leak....

I have been very sore since I've been off BR this week....I think I'm just walking around more than I was used to. Last night we got home and my pelvis, thighs, and back were hurting sooooo bad.[doh] I think I just overdid it.

As an employee yes, as a patient no. But I have willingly gotten it anyway. My ob's office has offered it but I had already gotten it....not sure how much they would have pushed if I said I didn't want to get it? FYI, as a pt they can't MAKE you get it....I'm sure he's just going by the CDC guidelines which recommend all pg women get it. [:)]
