Oh my goodness, yes! When I was pg with my first, my grandmother called me weekly to instill in me that the baby must be a girl. Everyone in our family has a girl first was her argument. She was very upset when we had a boy.

I always have vivid dreams regardless if they're sexual or not. I do always have sex dreams though when I'm pregnant, and I'm working on boy #5. However, with your son you didn't, so I wouldn't necessarily read too much into those of us who have.
Also, my boys hb rate were always high...this one was 173 at 12 weeks. So, I don't buy into that either.

Nope that's the way I prefer it too. We wanted our kids close together so they could play together and we wanted to be young enough to be able to chase after them.
I'm 30...my oldest is going to be 8, then 6, 3, and 2 (they all have summer birthdays). There's almost exactly 2 years between the oldest ones, 3 years between ds #2 and ds #3, and 14 months between ds #3 and ds #4.&...

I didn't feel anything until about 17 weeks. I also had felt the other boys earlier than that, but this one took a while longer.

I understand where you are. I had some gender disappointment with ds #3. It was still bothering me a little at the time of delivery, but then we almost lost him. That really put things into perspective for me. It didn't matter if it was boy or girl, what mattered is that he was still there with us.
When I found out the the fourth was also a boy, I still had twinges ...

Well, I've had all boys so here are my symptoms:
chubby face, butt, thighs, and huge boobs, early + preg test (9 dpo-10 dpo), craved chocolate, hot flashes, very yellow pee, headaches (much worse this time around), very little nausea (except this pregnancy...I was very nauseous from 6 weeks till about 16 weeks)

LOL it's 9 am EST. I have an appt with the dr afterward, so I'm not sure exactly when I'll be home to update.

I got the first appt of the day, 9 am EST. I'm not sure when we'll make it home. My dr wants to see me right after, and my boys get out of school at 11 so I may have to go pick them up.

and this week's already dragging. Ugh. How am I supposed to keep myself busy for so many more days? I've already balanced the checkbook, cleaned the boys rooms, played 18,000 games of Zuma, and now I'm just bored out of my mind. I need something to take my mind off Friday.

As of 14 weeks, I'd gained 5 lbs. That number seems huge to me since with the last pregnancy I gained 10, the one before that I gained 8, and the one before that I gained 7 (those numbers are for the whole pregnancy).

Me, too. It's getting better, but the first trimester was horrendous. I'm usually a porcelain smooth face type girl even with my other pregnancies, so this is new (and unwanted) territory for me.
