Just out of curiosity did you ever try the red cabbage test? I'm sorry you didn't get what you wanted, I know that would be hard.

I was told at 13 weeks that it looked like a girl...and then at 14 and 15 weeks confirmed girl. And I have since been told 5 more times that it's a girl and I am now 26 weeks....so yes, sometimes they can tell early :) I hope you get you girl if that is what you want. Like you I was worried she might grow boy bits at some point but she never did. :) LOL GL

Thank you again Ruby Red, no I do not live in the UK...wish I did though... ;) I'm in the US. :P I had myself a much needed good cry while my husband held me and cried with me. It was nice to know he feels the same way I do and that I am not going through this alone. We've talked about adoption a lot over the past couple of years. I've always wanted to adopt older children and I believe ever c...

Thank you Ruby Red and I have thought the same thing lately. That maybe I am trying to "replace or rebuild" my lost family that I should have had. And I tell myself over and over that they are up there waiting for me and that I will get to hold them again one day. I thought I had handled the grief and I think a big part of it is that next month of the 2nd is when we lost our last little babies....

OMG I am so sorry, I hope she is doing better. Poor baby girl. It's so awful to see a little one sick. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Please keep us updated and BTW you didn't do this to her. I understand how you feel but it wasn't anything you did. Keep your chin up, she will be in your arms before you know it...and I hate pink too if it's any consultation. I'm into green and lavend...

This is something that has been on my mind a lot lately, I've just been pushing it to the back of my mind. I'm not sure if it's the lateness of the hour right now, or becuase I am hurting or if it's just my hormones. But I am realizing more and more the closer I get to being due, that this is it. This is my last baby and it's tearing me up inside. As much as I can't wait to meet her, I want to...

I just wanted to say congrats and I know how you feel. After 12 losses and one child we kept this pregnancy a secret until we knew for sure she was a sticky bean. :) And she is..I'm 20 weeks now! I'm very excited for you!!!!! I love your positive thinking Newbaby; we could all stand a bit more of that when faced with uncertainty.

alcarson808 - Just had a quick question if your still looking at this board. I wanted to know, do you get cramping for about a day or so after your injections? I've been noticing that I do. The first day after getting them, I VERY tired, cranky. and cramp for about 2 days. Just wondering if you have had any of these side effects.

When I was pregnant with my son I knew he was a boy from the moment the test said positive. And he was indeed a boy. With this pregnancy, again I knew it was a girl for the moment the test said positive and she is indeed a girl. I do believe that a lot of mother's know what they are having before they have an ultrasound.

I know how you feel. At my very last ultrasound you could clearly see it was a girl (and you could see that 2 previous ultrasounds before that too...lol) and I've finally have come to realize on some level that yes, I am 100% having a girl but the other part of me is just dumb struck. I haven't been shopping either yet but I did make a little Tutu for her. It looked like fun and I'm bored be st...

I had am ectopic with twins right after having my IUD removed. My doctor told me it was fairly common. It's horrible and I'm sorry you had to go through that. I think the IUD was the worst thing ever invented and they should be taken off the market with all the issues they cause. I know this is a VERY old post but just wanted to add my two cent in.

Honestly the first thing that came to mind when you said, Landon Michael, was Michael Landon. You will probably get a lot of comments about it...and maybe people calling him Michael Landon(on accident of course) but if you love the name, go with it. But honestly I love the name Carter Michael better. I think Carter is such a cute name.
