I did one of these and she said I'd not see a bfp until March 2011. I hope she's wrong but there's part of me that thinks 'what's the point of trying' especially if I have to see af every month for almost a year. [GLC]

I back on board today - crazy times. DH was a bit more enthusiastic yesterday evening and even agreed to let me test his boys pH. I can't beleive it, he said no doctors office cup deposits though so I'll have to hope that a depsoit elsewhere will be alright!!!

Anyone blow hot and cold about swaying? they do not. they swim in circiles in not flow and they swim in zig zags in flow
I dont think he reliazed there needed to be flow to make spem swim differerent.

Hope you don't mind me joining in. O+12 is my plan when DH gives the green light for TTC#2 hopefully this summer or autumn. Either way I've got lots of time to practice and get to grips with it. Just waiting for opks, my microscope and working really hard on monitoring cp and cm and reading everything on hear about O+12.

Correct me if I'm wrong - what Shettles perhaps found was that because x swim in a zig zag it takes them longer to get from A to B (compared to the straight swimming Y's) he just didn't realise it had nothing to do with speed. So when swaying for girls you need to do all you can to imobalize or at least hinder those Y's?

This is my plan of action - got lots of time to work it out as DH as put the breaks on TTC again... I plan to work out the opk thing, monitor cervix once I start to get + reading, track cm (although when the diet and sups kick in this might be harder), take note of every twinge and twang and see what happens. This is so helpful - thanks - I had no problems working it out with your step by step guide - and my cycles are right on que, I can't beleive I'm ovulationing according to this. Now I just need to find your other posts to work out when is the best time to concieve a girl.
