I am not sure I would plan on it next year. I think it has been closed for FB for a while.

I am about 99% sure we will be donating them. I know way too many couples that are desperate for children, and I would love to help give someone that chance.
That being said, I want to be able to pick the family (which is possible). It is my desire that they go to a Christian family. We also would not want them to be in the same state.
It is a really tough decision. Good luck with what...

Sorry. Monkeys have been annoying lately.
I was 31, and I did get pregnant the first cycle. Had to freeze all because of OHSS and then went back for FET.
The money was probably the least of my worries, although it would have sucked had we not gotten pregnant. The lack of control over the process; anxiety over each step. Seriously, everything is emotionally draining. You have so much invested in ...

I did estradiol twice a day and an estrogen patch every other day. Once my lining looked good, I did 2 cc of PIO for five days before transfer. I also took antibiotic for five days before transfer.
Continued the PIO and estrogen til 12 weeks.

1) Where did you cycle? IVF MI
2) How long did you have to be at this location? About two weeks, but I had to coast for three days so longer than normal. I believe normal is 10 days.
3) Would you recommend this location? Why/why not? (If not, where would you go instead?) Yes. Staff friendly. High success rates for my age (70%+), would do shared risk plan for GS
4) How much did one cycle of...

I have not ever come across that- it would be great to know those stats for each clinic, though!
My clinic told me that if I got two good embryos, it would be the same as infertile patients (which was 70%). I guess IVF levels the playing field, so to speak.

I also had to coast three days. I had such anxiety that my follicles would not mature. I got 25 eggs, 18 mature, 17 fert.
4 boys, 3 girls
I would also talk to your doctor about dostinex if they are thinking you might overstim.

Me! I had my 12.5 week scan yesterday. Thanking God the baby looks really good. I also am so happy I have a doppler. I listen first thing in the morning and thank God every time I hear that little heart beating away!
Complete Placenta Previa has me on modified bedrest! UGH! I am hoping it moves soon so that I can be out and about and normal!

We only have a boy name picked out. I have never had to pick out a girl name, so I do not even have a head start on one! I will probably choose after the 20 week u/s

I agree. If you look at the big picture, is it really overwhelming.

Me! 2 vials of each per night.
I overstimmed, but I am very sensitive to medicine and tend to react well, even to aspirin and stuff like that. 25 eggs retrieved- 17 fert. 4 boys, 3 girls. We implanted 2 HB in Jan. and I am 11 weeks preggo with one:-)
So, I like that combo! LOL

Glad everything is okay!
I have had that a few times with my doppler when I first got it- around 9 weeks or so. Makes me crazy.
Then, over the weekend, I had the flu so I was sure something bad happened. Got out the doppler this morning and couldn't find her in the normal spot. She was way on the other side! I can sort of see why doctors hate them, but they can be so reassuring!

It does get easier! Once you start the shots and figure out how many follies you have, you figure out they really are no big deal.
The worry, however, I am not sure that ever goes away!
Good luck on your cycle!

I also paid for the 2 cycle shared risk package.
Even though we technically overpaid, I was so happy we did. I got terrible OHSS, and the first cycle did not really go as smoothly as I liked. I had to freeze all and do a FET. Knowing I had another cycle helped with the stress, as it is an extremely stressful process.

I hate the monkeys! Thank you so much for the reassurance- I appreciate it!
My bet is a chromosonal abnormality. The few friends that lost their babies in the 12-14 week range, and all of them were all due to that reason.

BTW- I am so sorry for your loss.

Thank you! If you are the queen, I could be the countess. I have worried every step of the way! I go back in two weeks- it is so annoying when things are off a little bit!
