Islandmeadow, I couldn't help but notice that our kids are the same age! My oldest was born in August of 2001 and my middle was born in September of 2009. My oldest is so smitten by the baby. He wants to hold him all the time. I think his age lets him appreciate him more.I think you'll see the same reaction with yours! Good luck!

Thanks for 13 wk pic, it does look like girl nub but it's also a bit blurry in that area. Maybe the whole nub wasn't seen. Congratulations on your [DS]! the boy shot is definitely more convincing than the nub!

(and sorry if I offend anyone on here, but hey if you have a problem with it, open your own new thread), I believe in this maternal dominance theory,being that, women who are tougher/more boyish, tend to have boys.. So the way I'm going to deal with GD is by telling myself that having boys shows that I'm a tough woman who doesn't take any crap! So I'm going to take it...

Good luck with u/s! I looked at the video too and it did look like a boy to me. But, I really hope you get your girl. I know how it feels to desperately want your girl and have people tell you that it's a boy. I'm due in a little less than 3 weeks (with my 3rd boy who I was positive was a girl) and i still can't accept it [:'(] I have severe anxiety about labor because I have such GD!!!

Very tricky. The 21 wk shot does look like a girl but I'd question it too if I had the "boy" picture. Perhaps you can change the title and ask Lovemy4/Coldwater or any other techs to comment? Lovemy4 is on-line pretty often and she is really good at this stuff. [;)]

Stacey, Your belly and mine look very similar - both in shape and also with the Linea Nigra. Although my top line is lighter than yours, it does the same thing (curves). Hi Stacey! I took the pic with my camera phone and it was so hard to get a good shot of it with the lighting. The top line is so much lighter than the bottom so it's kind of hard to make out, but I think this is the best I can do. My top line curves at the bottom just before reaching the belly button and my bottom line is straight too. I will take a pic and show you. Specifically, the top line is off to my left side and then curves to the right an inch or two before reaching the belly button. The bottom line is straight. Every other OWT also points to girl. I just looked at mine and it does not meet, which would mean girl but I'm told it's another boy. Last pregnancy, I think they didn't meet either and I had a boy too. So, doesn't work for me [:(] (wish it did though because I still have severe GD!!
