I thought of a post I saw on here about the product. It looked like a cool product, too! http://www.babyzone.com/safety/recalls/article/baby-matters-recall-nap-nanny-recliners/?cmp=OTC-Twitter-BabyZone

My oldest was born on my b-day and he thinks it's so cool. He says we're twins. 5 cm! Holy smokes. I'd be really nervous about delivering at home. I bet she'll be here tomorrow. Looking forward to the update.

Go in and have your water broken. It worked for me with Jonah. Good luck!

I did an enema and I'm pretty sure that I still pooed, but nobody said anything. I had a natural childbirth and TBH the blood, fluid and the placenta were a lot more gross than poo. The pressure from pushing was so intense that I really didn't care what came out with the baby. I wish I could have had a waterbirth but my hospital doesn't do those.

Baby Jonah was born one day after he was due. At my 39.5 week apointment last Wednesday I wasn't dilated at all and it really depressed me, so I decided I would try to do some more natural techniques like walking, nipple stimulation, and sex. On Saturday night I couldn't stand it anymore and told DH to call into work and we'd go for it for the night and see what we could do. Well...

I wanted to name my little girl Rienne (Ryan) Makenna, but I got a lot of flack for the first name. I definitely like the Makenna spelling best.

Thanks Lynn and everyone else. I'm glad to have someone that can relate. I am like 90% effaced and still not dilated as of today (freaky considering it's my fourth baby). Dr. said that we'll have a more serious induction talk on the 14th. I'm trying really hard to enjoy the pregnancy experience because I'm 95% sure I'm done having babies. My doctor doesn't think I'll ...

My DH is driving me completely crazy with his stress over when the baby will come and his two jobs. Last week I turned down an induction because I want to try to go natural, but I've never been this pregnant before. I've had horrible contractions and pain for a week straight now and I feel like it's the moment every day, but after 3-4 hrs they stop. I was really hoping that today...

My second labor was way longer and only 22 mos apart. I agree that each pregnancy is unique. I'll have a 5 year gap this time from #3 and #4. This is the longest I've ever been pregnant.

I didn't get stretch marks with my first until he dropped and they were below the belly button. I remember looking at my tummy the day after he was born and it was like a freaking road map. I religiuosly used cocoa butter. I've since read that there is no way to prevent them/cure them with lotion as they are tears that are well below the surface layer of the skin. Staying h...

I wouldn't do an induced VBAC, unless the conditions were just perfect. Not to say things won't change and I see nothing wrong with an induction at the point you're planning, just would be worried about the uterus repturing from the petocin. As for the weight, I was told that my DD was going to be a 9lb+ baby by u/s and measurements and she came out 6.5 lbs and only 18" even. She...

I'd try another method that you can stop if you begin having complications. Have you heard of clary sage oil? I just heard about it this pregnancy and you add 6 drops to your bath and the smell stimulates the uterus. I've been trying it and I do feel some contractions and I personally like the smell.
