Hi, I have only briefly reaf the f&q for ttc a girl, as we have just had our 3rd boy and am deciding when number 4 will be planned, probably not for another 2 to 3 years but need a plan in mind so here I am again, Will def. do extreme next time. It would seem the mixing with lime and using a baster is simplest but which way gives the better odds? Anyone have stats or is that in gold...

Thanks Spider, I think that white line/willy is just a line and no reflection of gender at all,it seems to stretch down and over the botom area so I really think there is no clue to boy or girl here yet. Hope you hear girl tomorrow xx

My 20 week scan letter said there is no need to have a full bladder, glad about that because I find the scan uncomfortable if Im bursting lol I wonder if under 13 weeks the full bladder pushes up the womb so you can see more easily?

Thank you, firstly of course Im hoping for thumbs up for everything being well.Im so glad I have this forum though and had the 15 week scan done as I feel at ease with hearing boy again where as if I had no nub guesses and just that 15 week scan Id think 50/50 and would have to deal with not hearing girl again. If you were hoping for a girl and had this done at 11 weeks you would think 'still plenty of time to rise' so it depends on what your hoping for as to what answer you go with. Personally I think the pic is a bit blurry and also like someone before said the majority of nubs are like this so early, it isnt until a bit later you will see if it has risen or not. Its a long wait isnt it, hop...

Well I have my anomolly scan tomorrow, Firday 13th of all days! Im going to go and baby will be all healthy, and then they will say girl and everyone has been wrong he he! Will update tomorrow to see if everyone has been right all along :-)

Going against the grain but I would have said girl as I think if you drew a line from the base of the spine it would have been parallel to nub and even points slightly down! Hope its wrong for you though xx

Hey nini, havent popped on for ages and glad to see you posted. The only one I would guess on would be the last one, very trianglular shaped dangle which is why Id guess boy, but my guesses really are guesses! Good luck, glad your happy with either xx

Im not a tech but dont all babies of this gestation still have a protrusion, nub, not sure about the 3 lines though as to when that becomes accurate at determining gender

I cant really remember much about the part that was said as boy, it wasnt like a zoomed out potty shot, it was more of a close up of quite a large thing, Ive seen pictures of boys where it did look this big, but close up. Your first pic looks like my inconclusive pottyshot but I was told boy,the cord was in the way but at the end she said she there is the penis. But if she had gone by potty shot she may have said girl. Hockey, if it was done at a hospital Id be 99% comfortable with their guess but from day 1 this lady just didnt seem very clued up, and seemed to get us in and out asap even though we paid for 3d bonding type scan so wonder if she is in it for the money you know.
