I am not much help since I am in the US, but Cyprus is pretty popular and in the US HRC is the top choice (Huntington Reproductive Centers). This site used to be much more active. There is another site that you can get a lot of info about this on. I don't think I can list the site here but if you google international HT family balancing you will find it. Good luck with your sway and/or high tech p...

If you go to Sart.org you can find IVF clinics. They don't always list PGD on their websites so you may need to call to find out if they offer it. You can also find out how successful they are on that site by looking at the clinics scores (for IVF). Microsort isn't available in the US anymore. But PGD for sex selection is supposed to be 99.9% effective. Below is what popped up for SC. Since I've b...

I am talking to Dr. Weiss. I really like him so far. They don't do gsn though but my plan is for a 3 probe so not a big deal to me. Insurance is hopefully paying most of it but I have to self pay the pgd and it is just under $4000. I think it is about $12000 without insurance for everything. The sex selection cost is at the end of this page

Like Cilantro said, if you O'd on cd16 you would've gotten AF within 2 weeks. Your luteal phase doesn't change, just you O date.I lost a lot of weight on the girl diet and stopped O'ing. After over 70 days I called the doc and got provera prescribed to jump start my cycle again. Once I gained weight back my cycle regulated again. Good luck, I know how stressful it is.

Oh, I also have a rock salt lamp that I can add, but it's heavy so not sure how much it would add to the shipping cost.

I swayed for a long time and we decided it was time to go high tech. If that doesn't work, I just want to be at peace with my two boys so I am selling my stuff so I am not tempted to get into swaying again. I paid a lot for all this stuff so hopefully I can sell it to help someone else at a discount. Here's what I have. Email me at blek4b at gmail.com if interested.Triple Strength Cranberry (25,00...

You need to be on the diet and supps six weeks. You also need to test your ph at O. It is normal for your ph to be low other times during your cycle but it will get higher at O. Good luck!

I have one more month of clomid that I will do in Feb (I am just restarting the diet/supps now since I took a break over the holidays). I had wanted to do o+12 but in the sway spreadsheet there are no successful o+12 with clomid. I still get a ton of ewcm on clomid so too hostile cm is not an issue for me. I had stopped o'ing because I lost too much weight on this diet. But on my break I O'd as us...

That makes sense. Thanks Melody. Unfortunately my O pains are unreliable.
Olive, if you are on cd 29 and O'd on cd 24 then you are only 5dpo and 5 days into your luteal phase. Your lp starts when you O regardless of whether it is earlier or later than normal. But your attempt sounds good so hopefully in a week you will get a bfp.
Blund, do all the supps all the time in those 6 weeks before y...

I was taking saw palmetto so thought that might have been the reason for the delay but I stopped that around cd 40. That obviously wasn't the problem because by cd 72 still no O! In hind sight I shouldn't have waited so long to call the doc but I finally did around cd 72 and the next month I had a normal cycle again. Good luck!

Ok that's kind of funny....you have to laugh about it! But I do think you are fine with your second attempt. His sperm could nit replenish in such a short time so it was even less sperm count than the first attempt. Fx for a bfp for you!

Exact same thing happened to me. I ended up having to have my doc prescribe me provera to end my cycle and get af. You should increase your calories. 1000 is what I wa doing too. It was recommended that I could do full fat milk and yogurt to keep weight on and increase calories so maybe try that. I took a break from the diet in dec and am starting again this week for a Feb attempt. I will do full ...

Are no-oodles ok? I want to keep my protein low and with all the milk and yogurt it adds up. A serving of regular pasta has 8g of protein and I usually have 2 servings. So I could cut out the calories and protein with this if it is ok. What do you think?

Have you read the FAQ? Everything is in there. Here is the link to the girl diet from the FAQ.

I'm pretty sure I read that canned tuna was a no-no. Probably due to the sodium. I'm not positive so maybe somebody else can chime in. Although on another board one of the former moderators found low sodium bumble bee tuna (canned) and was eating that occassionallly so I don't know.
How far from your attempt will you be on Christmas? If you are just starting your 6 weeks or are in your 2ww you co...

Looks good! Make sure you check to see how the sylk affects you before your attempt. It raises ph in some. I know some people just can't give up their coffee so if you have to have it could you have it without the milk? The point of skipping breakfast in the morning is to keep blood sugar levels low and the milk will raise it. Also, those Kraft cheese slices are loaded with sodium. If you want som...

When I was swaying in 2009 there was a sticky about foods for the holidays. I searched but can't find it. Maybe it was decided those "exceptions" are mo longer ok and deleted it. I don't know. Hopefully Tamara chimes in.

I looked everywhere too and couldn't find any without all that sugar so I gave up. You could replace the raspberries with whole cranberries in the muffin recipe for a treat once in a while. But I agree they are too sour to eat on their own.
