I did :) But i made sure i was strict with everything else too (diet, supps, replens etc) and that we bd frequently so SC was low. We did the same again this time, but don't know if it has worked yet. CC guessed pink from my nub pic, so fingers crossed! Personally i don't think timing is that important if you do the other things really well. Put it this way, a 4 day cut off without doing the...

I had my dating scan yesterday, and we saw one beautiful little baby! I'm really terrible at 'nubs' and couldn't tell a thing during the scan. Any opinions on these pics? Thanks :)I am 12+4 by my dates, but measuring 12+6 at the scan. &n...

Indigo - your son is GORGEOUS!! Huge congrats, you must be so proud :) Is your other son enjoying having a brother? I had my 12 week scan today - it was wonderful to finally see the baby. He was very cute, somersaulting all over the place! Got a nice pic but i don't think there are any gender clues, what do you reckon? I eat pretty much the same thing every day: No breakfast.around 1.30pm i eat matzo crackers (which is just wheat and water, no salt) with quark soft cheese (again no salt in it) with diced cucumbers, put under the grill. Sounds awful but it actually really nice! Plus a pint of skimmed milk. 8pm i have dinner, which is white rice with permitted veg, mixed with a big dollop of natural fro...

love my sons - i'm having the same problem with cottage cheese too, it all has salt added. I did try some Quark soft cheese though on matzo crackers with cucumber and really enjoyed it. I'll keep looking for salt free cottage cheese!

Indigo... congrats on your new little boy! Sending you big hugs (((((())))) I felt a real mixture of emotions when i found out i was having DS2 but honestly, giving your son a brother is the most amazing thing. Watching them play together and seeing their bond will fill you with so much joy. I desperately wanted a girl at that stage, but even before i had my dd, i realised that having two bo...

Hi :) i haven't posted in AGES! You probably don't remember me, and there's lots of new faces :) I was swaying for pink last year and had two BFPs and two miscarriages one after the other. I was pretty heartbroken and had to take a break from everything for a while. I had a nice break over Christmas, and am starting to feel ready to start TTC again. I've been on the girl diet for 5 week...

Thanks tamara - that's really helpful :) I think i'll try the calcium lactate then as i am having trouble getting my pH low enough! Or maybe a mix of half citrate and half lactate. Another Princess - hi! yes i am swaying for another girl. We're going to try the same thing we did last time, which is frequent BD/ low sperm count/hot baths along with replens, supps and girl diet. I'...

I've spent the morning reading up about calcium in all it's forms and the effects on the body. The general conclusion is that calcium carbonate and calcium citrate both have an alakalising effect in the body, although citrate is better absorbed.I found this (see below for text) : http://www.dreddyclinic.com/vitamins/Calcium.htmSo should we be taking calcium lactate, which apparently is acidifying,...

I am very very cautious this cycle after getting a BFP and having an early m/c last cycle. I just tested this morning at 10dpo, and thought i could see something after 5 mins, but decided it was nothing. I checked the test after about an hour and there is a line. Do you think this is just an evap? TIA
