Non-food cravings? YES! Not this time though (so far..). During last trimester of my first pg I craved the smell/taste of dirt/soil - I would just love it when dh was mowing the lawn and would go over a bare patch of dry dirt, stirring it up into the air - just wanted to stand in the cloud of dirt and breathe and taste it (of course I didn't actually follow through!). And then during last tri...

I don't think this is quite right IMO... Then where is God when trying is not 'rewarded'? I say keep trying because it could be a 'numbers game' and the more times you try the greater the likelihood that it will happen! [2C][HV]
..But he did ask once " Why does everyone talk about a Big Fat Penis?" [lmao]Wdreams - That's too funny!![lmao]

Wow, LUCKY! My c/s is Sept 20th. i cant wait to see your little one. Are you being induced or having a c/s?
Yes c/s. CPD runs in my family. Thank goodness for the miracle of modern medicine, ct scans, and c-sections! The one aunty (of many) who wasn't given a c/s was damaged beyond repair and unable to carry/have a second child. S...

I guess theres always hope and light at the end of the tunnel...
I just want this to be over now..
Is there any way you could get to a doctor for a pg blood test? Then you will know once and for all! This waiting and hoping must be so painful for you[U]. As a pps have said, some people may not get +ive results on HPTs if hormone levels are not high enough. C...

I've never used them. Feel lucky that I haven't had to - I trained ds1 very early to "STOP!" on command and he has always been a super cautious toddler, staying close to me, and is also a good hand-holder. Well ds2 though, is not quite so compliant (and he's also a little more adventurous) so I've occasionally thought about a harness for him. Although, he adores and copies ds1, so w...

I can't help you on this pic, sorry. Why don't you post each individual pic on the same thread (ie don't start a new thread for each pic). Just reply to your original post and attach a new pic in your own reply. Does that make sense? That way people can open/view the one thread and just scroll through all your posts/pics in the one place to help make a prediction. GL[GLC]

BTW, congratulations on your pregnancy![HC]
So at 12w pg, measurements seem to be very similar between fetuses, give or take a few days. There really shouldn't be such a BIG variation in size at that stage? (Everything I read says over an inch difference in size between a fetus at 12w pg and 14w pg)

Jacob, first scan was at 10w..they put me at 12w.
With Jacob, when did you deliver? Did it match up with the 10w or 12w dates (ie. was 10w or 12w correct?)

Wow! congrats to her!
Thanks Sara!
When you say your babies measured ahead at ALL TIMES, do you mean even as early as 12 weeks - before the measurements of babies usually start to vary (eg I'm 30w and measuring 32w). ..ie. I think ALL embryos at say 6w, measure the same, dont they?? Isn't that how they use scans at that stage to 'date...

I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and first day of my last period was on the 9th April. So i think she might have her days wrong with her period in april as april 18th would probably put her back down to 12/13weeks (guesstimating) which is probably where the Doc is getting his dates from.
My sister thought she was going in for a 6w dating scan yesterday. Much to her shock and surprise (she has a 7mth old baby) she was told she is actually 12 weeks pg[:O]!! The further complication is that the fetal size (3.3 inches) seems to correspond more with the size of a fetus at 14pg???
Is this possible or is she more likely to be 14w pregnant?? (note: she's only had 2 periods since sh...

ds1 - 8 pounds 5, 20 inches
ds2 - 8 pounds 11, 20 inches
Obgyn recently measured baby as "big" (32w at 30w scan) so I'm guessing 20 inches again and maybe 8 pounds 10.

Sorry you're all feeling so bad during these last weeks[:(]. As awkward and achey as I feel, I just can't believe how quickly this pg is flying by! It's my last pg and I'm feeling quite sentimental about it. I know it's such a special and short time in my life (9 months x 3) that I get to be pg, so I'm savouring every moment of feeling heavy and cumbersome[HL]. Now..... where's my dh?, ...
