I love hearing things like this too ! I envy these people lol!! I go tonight for a sonogram and hopefully get the medicine to help dilate me and induction in the morning !! :/

Wow ... that is amazing and good for you , that had to be so rewarding. They wanted to induce me at 39 weeks bc of the weight but i declined and i am suppose to be induced the day after my due date... your story is amazing and you are so lucky !

Well the only thing with waiting another week is ... they already wanted to induce me at 39 weeks because of the predicted size of the baby... so i cant see them letting me go any longer ... i also dont want the baby to tear me in half :/ .... i guess id end up with a c section either way bc its like if i wait too long the baby will be too big to push out... but if i go now its going to prob be a ...

I had my 40 week apt today.... I am not dilated , effaced or anything at all. I have an induction set up for a day after my due date which is this thursday. I am going in wed night for cytotech? or something that will hopefully soften my cervix and help with the induction.... but nooowww i have to get a sonogram first on wed bc she said the baby is head down like she has been but now her heads sor...

I am a Hairdresser as well... colored my hair both pregnancies.... its not going to hurt the baby :)

So i went for my 39 week apt today... last week she said i was soft and thinning.... but whenever i ask her if i am anything she says no... so i am assuming i am thinning but not enough for a percentage?? ...and today still nothing:( UGH I have a 3 year old i run after all day and my husband is in Afghan so I do EVERYTHING myself... you would think the baby would start something by now !! I ...

Well... i am sced for my induction for July 22.... if i dont go before than.. which i am highly doubting i will bc i am not dilated or anything yet :(

Well if it makes you feel any better... i went in for my 38 week appt today and i am not dilated at all.... just a soft thinner cervix..... they want to induce me bc the baby seems to be on the bigger side ... and my husband is in afghan and if i am induce he will be able to webcam me for my labor... otherwise i have no way of getting ahold of him so i would not be able to tell him any other way u...

Too cute !!Love love!! .. this is also really funny bc my good friend just had a baby and they had the name Addison picked out the entire pregnancy ... but when she gave birth and saw her , all she could think ab was the name "Kinley" so thats what they named her.... so its very simliar to your names !

We are now thinking of naming our daughter Mckenna Brooke .... and her nickname being "Kenna" ... buutttt i cant help but thinking the "Mc" looks like a last name or just doesnst look right... so what about spelling it Makenna??? which one is better in your opinion .... or can you think of another way ?!? Please help :)

Well she looked at my sonogram record from 36 weeks and was like 6 pounds 10 oz ! and than she did the tape measure on my belly and i was measuring 38 weeks ... at 36 weeks and 5 days..... so she said baby is a decent size and is worried if i go full term the baby will have shoulder displasha or something( sorry about the spelling.... but i guess its when the shoulders get stuck) ... but yes i def...

Sooo i went to the doc today and she said that my 36 week sonogram the baby measured 6 pounds 10 oz... and now i am almost 37 weeks and my belly is measuring 38 weeks... she wants to do an induction a week early bc she thinks the baby will be too big after that for me to push out.... but i got induced with my son at 40 weeks and had to get a c-section and really didnt want to be induced again........

well i dont feel like that when i am sitting ... but i feel like that when i am standing and esp walking !! ... i had to get induced with my son and never felt pressure of felt like he dropped.... but i feel alot diff with this baby !!

this past week i have been feeling like i have to poop all day... and pooping like 3 times out of the day... and i have had discharge this whole pregnancy ... .but its gotten thick and white and alot more just this week... does this mean anything as far as labor soon or no ?!? Has it happen to anyone else?! This didnt happen with my last pregnancy so i am just wondering ! Sorry TMI
