I travel internationally as well.....I would get the capsule form, that way you can stock up on it also! Wish that our post was like the Royal mail!

Hey, I am actually ttc a boy but I also have a super sensitive stomach and actually had to stop taking my prenatal vitamins last pregnancy bc they were upsetting me so much.
