Thank you! My husband is writing the letter to Acu-gen, since he is an attorney. We'll see what happens...

Does anyone have the exact wording of the original guarantee? I took the test back in August and need to reference it in a letter we are writing trying to get the refund.
Thank you!

Bella was born on 3/5 at 12:59 am. Labor lasted for 24hrs, 3 hours of pushing and I ended up with a c-section anyway. She is healthy and doing well now. She was 7lbs even, 20 in and all girl! BGM predicted boy 3 times, they were dead wrong!

We had a 3D/4D yesterday. It was so cool. I am 30 weeks so you could see her features. Technology is amazing! Anyway, she is definitely still a girl, even though BGM says boy. 10 weeks to go. Cannot wait to see her!

Congratulations! Your post made me smile! I can't wait until it's my turn! I am glad your baby is perfect and everything went well! Enjoy it! Plus now you will have extra money (from Acugen) to spend on your little girl!

Mara,
I have neer been pregnant before and got a boy result from BGM. I have since had 2 US that show girl very clearly. They have tested my sample (same one) three times and all times it came back as boy. The last time it was only 3 weeks ago.
I hope you get your boy! Good luck!

This is a close up of my US at 19weeks 6 days. BGM still thinks she is a boy. I hope it works.

I got EXACTLY the same response after I emailed them saying that I had 2 US that said girl even though their test said boy. They have already retested my blood sample, and have given me boy results twice already. I guess they are thinking: third time is a charm....

I took the test back on August when I was 11 weeks and the test said boy. Then I had an 3d/4d US at 16w1d with my parents and grandmother when I was visiting them and guess what! The dr was sure it was a girl. Needless to say that was a shock since my entire family was there and we were expecting boy! So after that I contacted Acu Gen, they re-ran my test, and again said boy. No girl at all, just ...

This is my first pregnancy, I never had a miscarriage or an abortion. I tested boy but the US said girl. There is no way I could have Y in my system. My husband was not home when I did the test. Unless they got the "boy" from one of my male pets (though I washed my hands, used the alcohol wipe, and they did not get close to the test) I don't see how it would be there. I go for another US in less t...

I too took the test ang got a boy result to later have an US and see a little girl. The Acu-Gen lab is in a Hindu Temple...the whole thing is very sketchy. I am afraid the company won't be around for us to get our money back...
