Hello! I haven't posted in a while but got on the board today and saw your post and couldn't help but respond. I went through something similar back in November but hopefully you will have a better outcome. My beta started out low but increased somewhat normally but not quite as much as we wanted. When I went in for my 6.5 week ultrasound they found a sac (or possibly two a...

My nurse said this was in normal range although 4 days doubling time sounds too long to me. She said she is also confused and not to get my hopes up too much. No input as to why it would be increasing.

Ayana, How did your Beta go?
The nurse that entered my beta didn't mark it stat (I'm out of town) so I will not get the results until the morning. I'm not expecting good news since my last beta did not double every three days. The nurse kept telling me how sorry she was on the phone today and my RE was saying she was so sorry on Wednesday. T...

I'm so sorry. I hope you get some answers soon as to how you can keep this from happening again so you can transfer your other embryos.

I can't even imagine the pain you must be going through. I am so, so sorry. I am dealing with a loss too right now and will probably have to go through a D&C soon. I'm sorry you got so far along only to lose her. How heartbreaking.

Yesterday was my 6 week 5 day ultrasound and it was a crazy and sad day. I knew my frostie had probably implanted late due to when I felt first symptoms and it corresponded with my beta numbers too. But I still knew I should be expecting to see a heartbeat, or at least a fetal pole, something.
The technician was really quiet at first and then after taking her measurements sh...

Mine hasn't full blown kicked in yet either (knock on wood). I am sorry for those of you who are suffering w/ m/s right now. Ayana- I had some spotting too. Is it just like brownish red? If so, probably nothing. I had a bit too. It really freaked me out really until today and seeing the babies on u/s. I was convinced they had somehow come out.
I'm sorry you ladies are going through all this nausea. Kateyk, it sounds awful. So far mine has not kicked in and I hope that is not a bad sign. I should be turning 6 weeks today and so far nothing but I never really got it bad in previous pregnancies. I would definitely take some of your nausea from you if I knew it meant this baby is doing well. Last week I ha...

Good luck! We got more eggs than we were expecting so I'm hoping you do too. Still good chance either way since you have MS.

Back in October I had a frozen transfer of a 5 day xx blast. I have had three betas and keep obsessing over whether I think they are OK or not. My nurse says they are good but also didn't sound very enthusiastic about them and almost had me do another beta before my ultrasound. It is bothering me that they started on the lower side and my symptoms are not very stro...

Hello girls! Just got my second beta results at 14dp5dt - 414. It more than doubled twice from 10dp5dt so I am feeling much better about the pregnancy now. My third beta will be one week from today and ultrasound should be about one week after that.
I have not been given a due date from my RE but according to online due date calculators it would be around July 8th.

I am so sorry you are feeling down. It's so hard to wait for the second beta, but only that is going to give you a better idea of your numbers. I just went through fretting over a low beta this week and just found out today that it is looking good so far. At 10dp5dt it was 65 (not much higher than yours and a day later) and today at 14dp5dt it was 414. I am pretty...

Did you use Antagonist Protocol if yes? Please answer the following
1. What was your age when you cycled? 36
2. What was your AFC? They didn't tell me
3. What was your E2 when you were told to trigger? Don't remember
4. How ...

My husband and I were sure we didn't want twins, however we would take twin daughters over none at all. We planned to do an SET unless we had lower quality embryos. The day of transfer we learned we had two 4 probe normal A/B grade embryos that were starting to hatch so it was a no-brainer to transfer one and freeze the other. And this is what the RE and embryologist suggested al...

I was also on the Antagonist protocol using Ganirelix. I did not use BCP or Lupron though so I'm not sure about that part. But it was great not having to do as many shots as in the other protocols. My RE got 24 eggs and 14 went to PGD so it seemed to work pretty well for me. I just got a BFP with a frozen SET from my first IVF cycle. I was on stims around 10-11 d...
