If your login works on another computer/browser, but not the one you usually use, see the next step.
- Clear your browser's cookies for In-Gender.com. This will fix most login problems.
Your browser may store your login information in a "cookie", and sometimes a cookie can become corrupted or incorrect. (This sometimes happens after you have changed your username.)

If you still cannot login, try clicking the "Clear Cookies" button a couple of times and try again.
If you still can't login, click Help on your browser, and manually delete cookies in your browser.

- Include a subject such as "Cannot login" on your email. I often miss emails with a blank subject!
- Describe exactly what is happening. If you only tell me, "it won't let me login" then I will have to reply and ask you exactly what is happening, and it takes longer to fix your problem.
