I am starting off on 450 Gonal F.  When I picked up my prescription my pharmacist was concerned about injecting the whole amount at once and recommended splitting it into two dosages(she had never heard of injecting more then 300iu at once).  When I spoke with RE's office they said it did not matter I could do it as one or spit into two dosages and do one in the morning and one in the evening.   For those of you who were on a similar dosage what did you do?  Also has anyone ever heard any advantages of injecting the whole amount at once versus splitting between AM and PM?  Does one way over the other better affect the egg growth and the way your body responds or does it really not matter?

I was on 450 Gonal F and I shot the load all at once.  I would go with what you RE suggests.  If he/she says inject all at once then I would do that.  Plenty of ladies on here have been on that dosage with no problems.

I did the entire 450 at one time.  It did give me a headache, but no other problems. 

Thanks for the input ladies!!  My RE left it up to me and I think doing one shot sounds easier so that is what I will do. 

I did 450 all at once at night, no problems at all!
