SU/MSU Experiments Buddy Group-June 09

Okay...where are my ladies...where's my support group!!! I am not happy...my ph is 4.5!!!  Or should I be happy?  I wanted to douche, but now I am not so sure!!  I took crantabs this morning and just a a couple handfuls of craisins...could it have dropped my ph that low already!!!  OMG!!  I am going to take another opk test in a few hours...help!!!

Luv - If you can keep your pH at 4.5, I personally wouldn't douche. You don't want it to go too low. I do think that the crantabs and craisins could have dropped your pH. I know if I drink cranberry juice, my pH drops VERY quickly. XF for that opk test!!!!!!!!!!!! GL!

Sorry for so many responses. It's hard to keep everyone straight. I wasn't able to attempt in May since DH wasn't around and I hit my O+12 earlier than I expected. The good news is that I was POSITIVE when I hit O+12. So my attempt will be in about eight days, I'm guessing.

Boo - I read the end of the May thread - sorry about O+12. I've had the trouble of having WCM at different times like that too. It just so happened my pH had been steady all morning and then dropped enough to tell the difference and CM turned creamy. I hope you get a chance next month.

Also...how long should one check their ph after the four hours and all that.  What about the following day....every hour????

In the beginning when I am just checking for my +OPK I check twice a day as mine comes in slowly so I know when the surge is starting.  I usually do the first on around 11:00 AM and the next one at 8 PM.  This way I can see it as it approaches or I would have to purchase the OPK company!!! LOL

 PD- I wish that I was in the 2WW but I was not able to get in an attempt as everything went wrong.  My next attempt will be in June, well at least I hope so!  Also Mrs Cot, did she do MSU?  On the attempt spreadsheet she said that the condom broke so they did not get their MSU attempt.....  This is why I do not have her on the MSU/SU spreadsheet, is this correct?

Thank you.  I pray that I do as well, if I can figure out this 0+12.  I have it pinpointed to the day but not the hour.

How many times a day do you check you CM?  I was checking mine every hour or so....

  Hey there babybo....I see you are on line.  I am so frustrated right now!!!  No, +opk yet and so I thought maybe I should do a cut-off as my ph is low.  Then I go to start the process and my ew's ph is 7.8!!!  Ahhh!!!  WTH!!!  I always get my ph right!!!  So, here I am standing in my kitchen with sperm in my hand crying!!!  I thought...well great...I have no more abstinance and no attempt!!!  This sucks!!  So, anyways I ran to the store at 11pm because I am a crazy woman!!!  Why??  I have no clue...not like my eggs that I buy will have the right ph anyways without sitting out!!!!  Okay...no stress...whatever!!!  I am over it....still have 0+12 chance, right or did we just blow it?  God has to see the great lengths and craziness we go through to get our baby girls!!!  I will check OPK tomorrow!!!  Good luck to you too!!!

I am still working on finding the eggs.  I am getting some fresh ones from my friend next week.  FX that they have the right pH.

Oh L4B's i'm so sorry your having a hard time with it right now. Relax, you will be shown the right path for you. I have almost not given it half as much thought as previous months-  i think i'm kind of doing this through self preservation- i just have refused to give up my entire mind to it this month- it wasn't healthy for me, and i was falling far. IYKWIM. So, through this approach, everything felt right and fell into place much more. I just did what i could with regards to ph and getting SD the best i could (su just does not work for me) diet, ions, a rought cut off and  O+3 but i'm ok with that as my ph stayed between 4.5- 5. I now find myself at 6dpo and have not even been counting nor done any silly early tests. I feel very proud that have been able to relax more about it. I feel in a much better place becasue of this. It was hard and has taken me 7 months to relise that i needed to change my approch to it. but it feels better. I really hope you can figure what is best for you with regards to timing and be at peace with your choose, trust this will happen and i'm sure it will. You will be shown the right path- i'm sure. xx

I'm sorry BabyB. I thought you were.  I don't know anything about MRS COT's attempt.  I just noted that she was pg and due in Dec. Do you think I should find more out?  I wasn't sure.

Thanks to the ladies that replied!!!  I am not stressed...just dissappointed!!!  I think that maybe that was god's way of telling me to NOT do a cut-off last night...maybe!!!  Because in all the months I have been doing this....I never had an ew with a ph of 7.8!!!!!  So, anyways....if it's not time yet, then I am willing to except that!!!  I have to and I am not going to push all of this...I am going to take my time and just be patient!!!  It needs to fall into place for me!!!  I am so glad to hear anna that it all went well for you!!  I hope and pray for a BFP for you!!!

Just curious...still haven't O'd...I am on cd 18 today!!!!  Is it in my favor for a girl to O late in your cycle?  I thought I read that!!  I think my cycle has changed from previous years!!!  Hope that is a good sign!!!

Just wanted to let you all know that I am still in the game...just got a +opk!!!!!  So, it's all about finding an egg that has the right ph!!  Hopefully my eggs out all day will work!!!  So, I am going to dissappear for a while from here!!!
