Need help with a boys name

Hi

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with a boy and we are completely stumped on a name. My daughter's name is Gianna so I am trying to find something that goes well with her name but is NOT Italian. I like the idea of a name that starts with a "J" since I think any J name sounds good with Gianna although it doesn't have to. Right now, I love the name Jax but I don't like the way it sounds with our last name (it starts with an S so it's like a double s sound) and I also feel like Jax should be a nickname for something else like Jackson. My husband is not sold on Jackson (however I would spell it Jaxon if I had my way) so I'm not sure what to do. Jayden is also on the table but that was what we were going to name my daughter had she been a boy so I am kind of bored of it at this point, lol. Any help would greatly be appreciated!!

Jackson/Jaxon is pretty popular right now as is Jayden--actually all of the names ending in "den" are super trendy right now.  My favorite J name for a boy is Jude.

Well, like I tell everyone, Jax has been on my list since my first son (12 yrs) but it is VERY popular right now because of all the Jaxon's and Jackson's... so it's off my list now... Jaden is just WAAAAAy too overused for me too... HOWEVER, you might check with the Hospitals in your area to see how many have this name from this year or even last year. You might be surprised that it's not so bad in your particular area. Thats a good point a gal made on the boards yesterday... good luck!
