Tribulous Terrestris is OK for DH TTC BOY!!

Maria - I think any health shop should have it or you can get it on-line. It's in pill form.

1. would this replace q10 since you cant get that anymore?
2. how often should you take it?
3. what are the side effects?
4. who can take it?
5. is there any condition that is shouldn't be taken with? (I think I read someone with kidney problems should avoid this???)
6. any thing else I should know before changing FAQ?

how often should you take it?

DH-2-3 pills daily no more then 8 weeks. If taken for 8 weeks straight, stop for 2 weeks then start again. DW-1-3 pills daily AF-O. If taking months before attempt, stop 5 days before AF is due then start again when AF begins.

supposedly there are no side effects. I have read somewhere where someone saying it increased their acne breakouts.

Both DH and DW. It is touted as an herb for fertility, low libido and testosterone producing in both male and female.

what are the side effects? No significant tribulus side effects have yet been reported in the medical literature regarding the human use of tribulus terrestris. However, little is known about the long-term use of tribulus consumption in humans. As with most herbs, it is best to take breaks from use in order to minimize potential long term tribulus side effects. Also tribulus might increase libido and sexual thoughts in men and women. (Not sure these are bad side effects though. )

Tribulus terrestris helps maintain efficient kidney and urinary functions. Effectively treats burning urination and other infections of the urinary tract. Tones the urinary system. Useful in painful micturition and kidney diseases, reduces renal discomfort.

Tribulus is also recommended in cases of high-cholesterol level, weak blood vessels, prostate hypertrophy, miscarriage risk, and to strengthen immune system after prolonged illness.

 

Helps improvement of libido and erectile function. Increasing serum concentration of testosterone and LH. Stimulation of spermatogenesis with increased concentration of spermatozoa, increase in sperm motility and viability. Helps women with fertility problems.

 Yes I did just to take it for 2 days! Anyway Im not sure I have the best type ( there are some other things in there to so I hope you guys find out which one is the best so I can get it). I hope there is a next time for me too!

Hi Rebirtha,

I dont know as can see I wanted to start in 7mos but I decided after I get IUD out, track down my cycles (bbt and OPK's), next take supplements, and in the mid of all that have MSU practice. I feel like its a journey not a race. I want to PLAN this one for once very well one thing is wanting that is easy to do the other thing is getting the greeen light from the other person in my case DH. HE is OK now because in the past he was very stubborn and it was NO way. But I think that he is realizing that his baby is growing up and if I have anxiety over wanting another baby all he wants is for me to be happy, he will do anything for me. I hope Im not being selfish for wanting another ds. I feel stupid because here I am obsessing about ttc when I already have 1ds.  I feel very blessed to have what I have already. I know if I ask will all my heart to God he will give it to me.(Positive thinking) My ds and I want another ds, to be honest I want 1 more no matter of gender to complete my family. This made me changed my feelings after reading goforette Journal on baby Noah.  I believe that good things come for those who wait, I've been VERY patient,but then again I've been here long enough, and this one will definately be my last. Im going to give it my ALL.
