Great thanks!!! I was planning on using it for myself but not for DH (because of what I had previously read about the eostrogen) but now I guess I can give it to him as well!!!

 Flava,DW takes this AF-O only. Dh can take it every day. I am gonna have my DH take 2 a day starting now, then a week before O I will up it to 3! God help me! I will take 2 a day AF-O. Am excited about this!!!

I don't think so . But there was another one and the lady said it's the best  but no saponins in it so I get this 1.

 OH, I don't really know what the saponis is! It was the only one that vitamin shoppe had at the time! I'm sure it's fine Flava!!
