All I have to say is... it's a miracle!!!!! There hasn't been a girl born into DH's family in a VERY long time.... and if it weren't for swaying, I seriously don't feel like my dream would have come true. Here's what I did...
*On the diet *a little*-- was aware of it for the most part
*DH not on the diet
*Drink a lot of crystal lite
*I believe my pH is a 5 (all the time!!!)
*Every time I test DH's pH it looks to be about a 7-8 (I dont' think his changes much either)
*We DTD 3 1/2-4 days before O, and then again ON O (I THOUGHT I was going for an O+12) grrrrr!! Honestly, I'm not sure if it was ON O or maybe an O+?????
*DH took a warm shower before each BD
*I used Replens occassionally (I'm pretty sure I used it the evening before I DTD on O)
*Took Sudafed daily around O
*Douched with a store-bought vinegar douche about 30-45 mins before BDing each time
*Inserted lime/water 20 mins after DTD and then again about 30 minutes after that (no lime tampon)
*Took Cranberry (3 tablets of 1640 cranberry concentrate), magnesium (500 mg), calcium (1000 mg) daily from AF to O
*Laid with hips propped for about 40 mins after DTD
*I noticed a tiny bit of EWCM the night of O on toilet paper after wiping (which is what led me to believe I actually DTD on O)
*Used a little bit of Canola oil
*missionary/no O
*Girl's dress & wooden spoon under bed
*New moon phase
*I charted with temps
*I used OPKs to determine O (that along with temping)
*NO TBM
*Drink caffeine, but limited... DH was drinking caffeine
*Did NOT DTD all that often... just a few times around O (specifically what's mentioned above is what was closest to O)-- DH sometimes get performance anxiety, so I have to pick and choose wisely.
