I think she probably just meant that you look too young to have four kids and it came out strange. I wouldn't read too much into it. Just try to enjoy looking so young!

I have been told before "You don't look like you have 3 kids". I take it as a compliment....not sure if that's how they mean it, but it's how it comes off to me. I look young, though, and even if they knew my age, they'd still probably say it.
Sometimes on the way to a dream, you get lost and find a better one.

I agree, it was a compliment. I have been to a few Dr. appts. now and been asked by a few different nurses (who havent seen my chart) and they all say oh this must be your first and when I reply its going to be my 3rd they are shocket!! keeping in mind that I dont think I look really young and just turned 30!
