Hey double after a talk with myself I decided to stay so I am back. I think I am going to O November 12th so I think I am going to do the BD daily with a 2 day cut off. I will be testing pH daily and do the jump and dump. That is my tentative plan

I am still debating what to do please tell me your opinion.

 I had DH release daily and we had BD last time on Oct 29th ( day 10 for me) so I will probably end up with a 3 day cutt off which will never get me pregnant I know from experience, tried the cutt of in the past never worked. So I need a good O+12 .

 I was thinking to do lime douche an hour before and then jump & dump. But now I am thinking maybe jump & dump will dump it all. Since I had DH release daily It does not seem that is a lot... I just checked again tonight his PH is 7.25

mine seems somwhere 4.5-5

Hey Fata I am going to do a 2 day cut off cause the past 2 months I have been doing 3 day cut off and obviously I didn't get pregnant. I am almost positive I figure out the O+12 method but I have had trouble figuring out my CM. I am propably going to do the jump and dump because my DH has a lot of stuff so I don't think it is going to be a problem for me. As to the douche's I am not going to take that road due to the fact that I am not familiar with it and I don't think I will like it.

My cycle just started of course so I am sure as people post questions I might find something else that I can do like rephresh/replens or something like that. Good luck with your attempt.

hey all im at the towards the end of my 2ww and I did 0+12this cycle if im not pregnant I MIGHT try 3 day cut off too. this cycle im going to get replens or aci gel just going to see which works best for me and if my ph is too high im going 2 apply 2 hours before BD if its ok before im going to also check afterwards and going to put a little in after wards .

I think I O'ed late last night or more likely will O today (cd 17), which would mean that we have a 3 day cut-off.  My pH is really low and I think my chances of getting pregnant are not really good. 

Hi everyone I'd like to join your November group...... I've been reading all your Oct posts and congrats to those with a BFP ... we have 2 gorgeous wee boys (not that wee really 11 & 7) and would dearly love to have a daughter. I think I'm O'ing today which would have given us a 2.5 day cut off.  If this doesn't give us our BFP this month then it's 0+12 next month. Good luck to all and here's to us all getting our BFP's over the coming weeks and months.

hi girls... well i had very sad news yesterday (if i was to carry on swaying anyway!!) the lining of the wall is very thin so no af anytime soon! [:'(] but it means nothing now im going ivf way as all medication will do what it needs to do but just may have to stay on abit longer than usual just depends on how i react to the medication my body co-operates!

I'm new here and would really like to join you all.

I have 3 lovely little boys but so desperate for a girl. When I was pregnant of the first I already hoped for a girl. With each pregnancy that fealing came up. Like mother nature doens't like me or something.

My boys are 5, 3 and 1 years old. My DH actually was happy with 2 kids. For me, we went for number 3 and now he is so sweet to let me have antoher change.

By the way, don't pay to much attention to my writing. I'm dutch and have no problem with english speaking...but writing...oef!

What's my plan:

O+12, cranberry supps, magnesium/calcium, rephresh and lydia pinkham.

I think i O'd about 2 days ago (in the evening of CD 17), i had a really bad o-pain. I made a BIG mistake. About4 hours after my o-pain ended we DTD. Ik had a big O. Well, we did pulling out and and the little swimmers were released at the beginning of my VJ. (Oh...I hope you girls understand wath I mean). My PH was around 4,5, so that's good!

i cant remember what the initals mean but i know it means the number of days after you have ovulated...

Hi to everyone!! Should be Oing on Nov 12. Have 2 boys and would love a girl but not going to really sway anymore. Believe me I was seriously into it but had a miscarriage in July and it kind of just made me think I just want to be pregnant again more than anything. I'm also 40 next birthday so more terrified that I won't be able to get pg at all!!

Having said that, with my boys we only bd'd on o day with dh abstaining from AF to our attempt. Didn't know about swaying then, just heard that's how you maximised your chances of getting pregnant. This time round we're going to BD lots!

In a way I'm looking forward to not torturing myself over whether my attempt was good enough like I did with the little one I miscarried. What will be will be..............................

........................still would love a girl though!! LOL!! PRAY PRAY PRAY!!!

I think that you should do O+12.  Your pH looks good and so does your DH's.  I would not douche before BD if you pH is 4.5.  If you're planning on using follow up douche, then check pH 5 minutes after BD, apply 1-3ml of douche.  Do you have a diva cup?  That could be used in place of the jump and dump if you're afraid you're going to lose it all.

highlandlass ~  how is your pH looking?  GL on your attempt and hope that it leads to a BFP!

Wilma ~ Your pH looks really good!  Do you have a chart that we can look at? I don't like to go by O-pain because it is so unpredictable and not very reliable in determining O.  Using a combination of OPKs, checking cervix, and temping helps to really get a good idea and helps in pinpointing O.  Also, here's a link to the page that helps understand all our abbreviations: http://www.in-gender.com/cs/forums/t/5784.aspx
