I guess I cant try for a refund until I know if the baby is a girl or boy. If it is a girl, that is what it should. Can only get a refund if it is a baby boy. Well, guess I have to wait till early next year (but I will keep the dates and times I calculated handy until then).

Oh, she's such a scammer!! I fell for her "too good to be true" scam as well *sigh*. I spent $120 Canadian to get 5 Ph strips and a letter saying I'd have to pay "this" and "that" for the supplements, I still have no idea how to get the dates.......OH makes me so angry!

Hello Horsey Mom,

I am from Canada too and paid that crazy $120 fee. Her original 3 critical dates came in the letter with the pH strips. It is a website you have to go to.  If you would like, I could give you her critical dates for each month until the end of the year for conceiving a girl. I think the only things in her method that may help are the girl diet supplements and acidyfing supplements. But you can probably find those things at Shoppers Drug Mart for a lot cheaper. Let me know about the dates.

Hi, I am so glad that you have discovered this woman's 'big secret'. She is such a scammer.... preying on people when they are feeling desperate!! I was sucked in too & have done as much as I can to warn people on here away from being ripped off by her. If I could I would scrawl a huge banner across her whole website telling people to log on here instead of parting with their hard earned cash & lining her pockets! Send her out of business... if you can find a way to get away with it without any legal problems! Good luck

I think it is very doubtful to trust those dates. They

1) might be on such days when you can NOT get pg

2) they might be just close to O, when I really think it is more probable to get a boy (if trying a girl). (Unless you bet on O+12).

The problem here is really that one cannot test very many methods separately...Happy Smile or will soon end up with a whole Kindergarten..

I bought her program and sent a couple email with questions.  I never received a reply.  I am supposed to get her newsletter every 2-4 days.  I have received one--should have received 4 by now.  Her Back Issues area does not work.  I did receive an email stating due to popular demand, they are revising the question area and to submit my question after April 30.  I bought the "dates for year", but have not received any dates (3 weeks later).

It has all the signs of a scam.  She states one price but once you are in it, she keeps offering more items "you must have".

I have two handsome and healthy sons that I thank God for every day.  I suffered a long and difficult miscarriage with my daughter which has left me trying  to "tip" the odds in conceiving a little girl.

I am glad I stumbled acros this site.  The posts have been helpful as I struggle with my loss.

Best to everyone.

You and I are on the same page.  I too just bought the girl diet and then came across this site.  I wish I had seen this site first.

Has anyone had success with Martine's program?

Sorry to hear about your loss Jager...it must be a very difficult time for you. Welcome to the board here... you will get lots of support & help in your quest for a daughter.

I wasted my money on Le Fleurs program too but never used the dates after hearing that the failure rate is much higher than the 6% she claims. Like you, I found this site just after I had handed over the money. I have learnt way more on here & I am certain that the information is way more informed & accurate than anything provided by that 'scam artist'. I would love to see her closed down!

Gather as much information as you can from here about 'swaying the odds' of conceiving a girl before you start trying & we will try to help as much as we can. Using Martine Lefleurs dates are no guarrantee of getting that little girl. There are no guarrantees with natural swaying methods either....but I'm sure that the odds are much better than using 4 days based on the moon phase!

Good luck to you.

My cousin used the martine Lefleurs dates because she wants a girl. And it's bloody worked for her. I think it was more luck than anything. I cannot see how the same dates can be the same for every woman in the world and have nothing to do with your cycle. I'm so gutted that it worked for her. After all the things I'd read I was sure she wouldn't get her girl. It annoys me even more because no matter what this girl wants she gets.

I paid the first fee of $97 dollars and all i got was an envelope with 5 PH STIX and a letter with another web site. me and DH were very dissapointed because we thought this might be our chance for a girl. but then i found this web site. i can't even remember how i came across it but i'm so glad i did. and i do wish someone would shut her down.

Hi,

I bought her $97 program and also paid for the girl diet. Unfortunately, that was all before I found this site. I too am very sceptical about the same four dates for every woman around the world.  I would love to post her dates for boy and girl dates until 2010 on a website but dont know if she could take legal action against it.  Because without her dates being a secret anymore, all there is to her program is the pH change of your body by taking pills.  I find it interesting that she spends so much time on her website stating how she is NOT a scam like other sites.  I too have sent e-mails but with no replies. It will be interesting to see what her excuse is for not replying after her "April 30" date when the customer support is supposed to be back online.

 Any thoughts?

Hi,

Lafleur must be getting more desperate to get members. Today, she started offering an "amazing" $20 off her regular membership fees, but only if you act RIGHT AWAY.  I guess she is happy with $79 instead of $99 considering her dates are a bunch of garbage anyways. Here is the link to her discount page:

No.... this is just another of her dodgy marketing ploys to try & get you to sign up.... she does reduce the 'special price' regularly.... maybe when business is a little slower than normal. Another angle she uses is to announce that 'due to increases with advertising, internet costs & staff costs' she 'sadly regrets' that the prices will be going up by $20 or $30 in a few days time. The price never actually goes up.... but I got sucked in by this one & thought I'd better sign up before the price rise. Grrrrrrrrrr! Hope she chokes on her easter eggs!

Has anyone thought about the a  gender plan?  I know there is a thread going around this program.  It is expensive, but much cheaper vs IVF and PGD which I was considering but DH would not go for.  Plus my concern is I would end up with little boy embroys and then what?  To much risk for me to try that route.  I am considering the a  gender, but after getting scamed by Martine, I am hesitant.  All this information is overload :0
